一种节能低温余热带式振动污泥干燥技术的研究

【摘要】:随着社会进步和发展,污泥减量化、无害化和资源化进程加快,采用先进的污泥处置技术是社会发展的需要。近年来国内外越来越多的企业采用干燥技术对污泥进行无害化和资源化处理。干燥是要消耗能源的,如何以最小的能源消耗,获得理想的干燥效果,一直是国内外从事污泥处置企业和研究者研究的问题之一。通过前期研究,本文提出采用锅炉烟道气余热对市政污泥进行无害化和资源化处理。论文主要围绕着改善污泥分散效果、提高污泥干燥效率和干燥设备关键结构优化设计等方面开展“节能低温余热带式振动污泥干燥技术”课题研究。 课题首先通过对污泥干燥国内外现状的研究,提出了采用条状污泥(即改变污泥的干燥形态)和利用振动的方法变平面干燥为立体干燥,来提高污泥干燥效率,为课题后续研究确立了研究方向和内容。并通过研究污泥的性质以及带式污泥干燥工艺过程,确定了“一种节能低温余热带式振动污泥干燥技术方案”。 在上述方案的基础上通过对带式振动污泥干燥过程的湿分、温度以及凸轮振动的分析研究,构建了带式振动干燥系统的数学模型。并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件及多目标优化对条式污泥挤出装置的刀架、剪切轴及振动装置的驱动轴等关键零部件进行了应力和模态分析,,最后利用FLUENT先后对热空气喷嘴、热源输送管道、干燥厢体等部件,进行了过程数值模拟,为课题的后续研究奠定了理论基础。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of the society, the process of sludge reduction, innocuity and resource utilization has been accelerated. In recent years, more and more enterprises at home and abroad adopt drying technology to treat sludge innocuously and resource. Drying is to consume energy. How to obtain ideal drying effect with minimum energy consumption has been one of the problems of sludge disposal enterprises and researchers at home and abroad. In this paper, the waste heat of boiler flue gas is used to treat municipal sludge innocuously and resource. To improve the efficiency of sludge drying and the optimization design of key structure of drying equipment, the subject of "energy saving low temperature waste heat belt vibrating sludge drying technology" was carried out. Firstly, through the research on the current situation of sludge drying at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the method of changing plane drying to solid drying by using strip sludge (that is, changing the drying form of sludge) and using vibration. In order to improve the efficiency of sludge drying, this paper establishes the research direction and content for the future research, and studies the properties of sludge and the process of strip sludge drying. An energy-saving low-temperature waste heat belt vibrating sludge drying scheme was determined. On the basis of the above scheme, the wet fraction, temperature and cam vibration of the strip vibrating sludge drying process were analyzed and studied. The mathematical model of the strip vibration drying system was constructed, and the tool holder of the strip sludge extrusion device was optimized by using ANSYS finite element analysis software and multi-objective optimization. The stress and modal analysis of the key parts such as the shearing shaft and the driving shaft of the vibration device were carried out. Finally, the hot air nozzle, the heat source conveying pipeline, the dry chamber body and other parts were successively used by FLUENT. The numerical simulation of the process is carried out, which lays a theoretical foundation for the further study of the subject.
