基于智能相机的条码检测装置的设计与研究

【摘要】:随着工业智能化水平的不断进步,机器视觉技术作为一门新兴的学科越来越引起人们的关注,逐渐得到了广泛的应用。视觉检测技术就是在机器视觉的基础上发展起来的代替传统的检测手段对产品进行检测的新型技术。随着视觉检测技术的不断成熟和完善,在工业检测现场中对于待检品的检测效果和可靠程度也在不断提高。本文基于条码检测的现场实际应用为出发点,在分析了系统需求的基础上,结合了FPGA与DSP的优点,设计了一款智能相机检测装置。相对于市面上大多数基于PC机的视觉检测系统来说,它将图像的采集和处理功能都集成到了智能相机内,减少了上位机对图像数据的处理量,提高了检测的速度和效率。同时,课题的研究具有一定通用性,对于其他应用领域的尺寸测量、啤酒液位检测等方面具有很好的借鉴意义。论文首先综述了视觉检测技术和智能相机的概念,对于智能相机的发展及国内外的研究现状做了阐述,并且分析了条码检测的背景和研究意义,在此基础上提出了智能相机检测装置的整体方案。其次,论文从硬件和软件两大部分进行设计。硬件方面的设计主要包括图像采集电路、FPGA控制电路和DSP图像处理电路三个方面,给出了芯片的选型,设计原理以及电路图等。软件方面的设计主要包括硬件逻辑的实现和相关算法的设计,硬件逻辑方面给出了图像采集芯片的驱动模块、四倍频鉴相模块和UART通信模块;相关算法的设计包括对于采集到的条码图像进行滤波、二值化以及纠偏处理等。论文最后对于研究的课题进行了总结,并提出了其中设计的欠缺之处,对于以后的改进方向和方法做了说明。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial intelligence, machine vision technology, as a new subject, has attracted more and more attention. Visual inspection technology is a new technology which is developed on the basis of machine vision instead of traditional testing means to detect products. With the development of vision detection technology, The detection effect and reliability of the products to be inspected in the industrial inspection field are also improving. Based on the practical application of bar code detection, this paper analyzes the system requirements and combines the advantages of FPGA and DSP. An intelligent camera detecting device is designed. Compared with most PC-based vision detection systems in the market, it integrates the functions of image acquisition and processing into the intelligent camera, and reduces the processing capacity of image data by the upper computer. The speed and efficiency of the detection are improved. At the same time, the research of the subject has a certain generality, for other applications of dimension measurement, Beer liquid level detection has a good reference significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept of vision detection technology and intelligent camera, and describes the development of intelligent camera and the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the background and significance of bar code detection, the whole scheme of intelligent camera detection device is put forward. Secondly, The hardware design mainly includes three aspects: image acquisition circuit, FPGA control circuit and DSP image processing circuit, and the chip selection is given. The design principle and circuit diagram. The software design mainly includes the hardware logic realization and the related algorithm design. In the hardware logic, the driving module of the image acquisition chip, the fourth frequency phase discrimination module and the UART communication module are given. The design of the related algorithms includes filtering, binarization and correction of the bar code images. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research topics, and puts forward the deficiencies of the design. The improvement direction and method in the future are explained.
