从“酸碱联产”到“化学工程学”理论基础的重新定位——生态循环工程学的由来

【摘要】:"化学工程学"又称"化工过程"(Process),它的理论基础一直被限定为"三传一反".20世纪80年代末,我曾基于活体细胞生物反应提出新"四传一反"原理,90年代郭慕孙先生提出"三传一反+X"新观点.近20年来,我从"酸碱联产"新"化工单元"出发,发现"单元操作"与"Process"有着层次上的本质差别.研究发现Process的理论基础是"多相动力学封闭系统",是非平衡热力学中的第三类"熵致有序"结构,"三传一反"只是单元操作内的唯象理论.在此基础上形成了应用范围更广的"生态循环工程学",是"生态循环经济"技术与理论的完备基础.
[Abstract]:Chemical engineering, also known as "chemical process", has been limited to the theoretical basis of "three handed down one reverse" in the late 80s of the 20th century. Based on the biological reaction of living cells, I put forward a new "four to one reverse" principle. In the 1990s, Mr. Guo Musun put forward a new view of "three to one against X". In the last 20 years, I started from the "acid-base co-production" new "chemical unit." It is found that there are essential differences between "unit operation" and "Process". It is found that the theoretical basis of Process is "multiphase dynamic closed system", which is the third kind of "entropy induced order" structure in nonequilibrium thermodynamics. Based on the phenomenological theory of unit operation, a wider range of "ecological cycle engineering" has been formed, which is the complete foundation of the technology and theory of "ecological circular economy".
