加强筋对双层加筋板传声特性的影响分析

【摘要】:科学技术的迅速发展使得人们对物质生活水平和精神生活水平提出了更高的要求,在交通运输方面,人们不仅追求其便捷性,也对其舒适性有了更高的要求。对于高铁、动车、飞机等高速交通工具,噪声问题是影响其舒适性的重要原因之一,因此,如何预测和控制高速交通工具的噪声日益受到人们的关注。筋板结构作为最常用的工程结构之一,通常用于组成高速交通工具的舱室部分。在振动激励或声载荷激励作用下,其声辐射特性及隔声特性极大的影响着舱内噪声水平,进而影响着交通工具的舒适性。故而,对筋板类结构的振声特性和隔声量结果的研究一直受到众多学者的广泛关注。双层加筋板作为筋板类结构中的代表性结构,尽管国内外学者对其振声特性和隔声性能已有了较深的研究,但关于双层加筋板中部分参数敏感性影响的讨论仍相对缺乏。本文作者在已有研究基础上,在国家自然科学基金“大型复杂组合系统参数不定性动态影响的量化研究”(51175300)和山东省自然科学基金“工程肋板结构的近高频振动特征及噪声传递特性研究”(ZR2011EEM009)的资助下,详细研究了相邻加强筋间距、加强筋高度对双层加筋板的振声特性和隔声量结果的影响,并讨论了其振声特性和隔声性能对于加强筋高度、相邻加强筋间距等参数的敏感性。本文的主要研究内容及结论如下:(1)在理论方面:首先,本文研究了单板结构的振动特性及声辐射特性的相关理论,建立相应的仿真数例模型,并验证其正确性。其次,总结了单板隔声特性的相关理论,并通过对比理论、仿真及实验结果,验证了单板隔声仿真模型的有效性。在此基础上,引入了双层中空板及双层加筋板隔声特性理论。(2)在振声特性方面,利用法国ESI集团于2005年推出的全频振动噪声软件VA One建立双层加筋板的有限元模型,分别研究了双层加筋板总质量不变与可变的情况下,相邻加强筋间距、加强筋高度的变化对其振声特性的影响。并讨论了双层加筋板的振声特性对间距、高度等参数的敏感性。得出结论:随着相邻加强筋间距的增大,双层加筋板的固有频率逐渐减小,辐射声功率曲线的波峰值逐渐向低频方向移动;频率增大时,固有频率对间距变化的敏感性增大。随着加强筋高度的增加,双层加筋板的固有频率逐渐增大,其辐射声功率曲线的波峰值逐渐向高频方向移动;频率增大时,固有频率对间距变化的敏感性增大。其振声特性对相邻加强筋间距、加强筋高度微小变化的敏感性逐渐增大。因此,在低频区,双层加筋板的振声特性对加强筋高度的微小变化更为敏感。(3)在隔声性能方面,首先,根据三分之一倍频程带宽内模态数的多少,将分析频率区间划分为中低频区间和高频区间。在中低频区间内,利用等效建模方法,验证双层加筋板有限元模型的正确性。在高频区间内,根据相关理论,进行MATLAB软件编程计算。分别研究了双层加筋板总质量不变与可变的情况下,相邻加强筋间距、加强筋高度对其隔声性能的影响,并讨论了双层加筋板的隔声性能对其间距、高度等参数的敏感性,得出结论:随着相邻加强筋间距的增大,双层加筋板的固有频率值逐渐减小,其隔声波谷向低频方向移动。随着加强筋高度的增加,双层加筋板的固有频率逐渐增大,其隔声波谷逐渐向高频方向移动。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology makes people put forward higher requirements on the level of material life and spiritual life, in the area of transport, it is not only the pursuit of its convenience, but also their comfort have higher requirements for high-speed rail, high-speed EMU, aircraft and other vehicles, the noise problem is one of an important reason for their comfort, therefore, how to predict and control the noise of high-speed vehicle has attracted more and more attention. The rib structure as one of the most commonly used engineering structure, usually used for high-speed vehicle cabin parts. In vibration or acoustic excitation, the sound radiation characteristics and sound insulation properties greatly affects the noise level of the cabin, and then affect the vehicle comfort. Therefore, the research of acoustic vibration characteristics and sound insulation result of stiffened plate structure has been the subject of widespread concern of many scholars. As a representative of the stiffened plates reinforced plate structure in the structure, although the domestic and foreign scholars on the acoustic vibration characteristics and sound insulation performance has been deep research, but the discussion on the effects of some parameters of double stiffened plate is the relative lack of sensitivity. The author of this paper based on the existing research, the quantitative research of the National Natural Science Foundation Parameters of large complex combination of system uncertainty dynamic effect "(51175300) and high frequency vibration characteristics and noise floor structure of the natural science foundation of Shandong province" project of the transmission characteristics of "(ZR2011EEM009) funding, a detailed study of the influence of adjacent stiffener spacing, stiffener height on double stiffened plate vibration the acoustic properties of sound insulation and results, and discuss its acoustic characteristics and sound insulation performance for stiffener height sensitivity adjacent stiffener spacing and other parameters. The main research contents and conclusions Are as follows: (1) in the aspect of theory: firstly, this thesis studies theory of vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of single plate structure, the number of cases of a corresponding simulation model, and verify its correctness. Secondly, summarizes the related theory of single board insulation characteristics, and through the comparison of theory, simulation and experimental results. To verify the effectiveness of the single board acoustic simulation model. Based on this, introduced the theory of sound insulation properties of double-layer hollow plate and double ribbed. (2) in the acoustic characteristics, the finite element model of full frequency vibration and noise by using One software VA France ESI group in 2005 launched the establishment of double stiffened plates, respectively. Study on the double stiffened plate total quality constant and variable under the influence of adjacent stiffener spacing, strengthening rib height changes on its acoustic characteristics. And discussed the acoustic characteristic of the double stiffened plates of spacing, height sensitivity parameters is obtained. Conclusion: with the increase of the adjacent strengthening reinforcement spacing, the natural frequency of double stiffened plate decreases, the peak value of the radiation sound power curve gradually shifted to the low frequency; frequency increases, the natural frequency sensitivity to pitch change increases. With the increase of reinforcement height, the natural frequency of double stiffened plate is gradually increased, the the peak value of the radiated sound power curve moves to the high frequency direction; when the frequency increases, the natural frequency sensitivity to pitch variation increases. The vibration and acoustic characteristics of stiffener spacing on the adjacent rib height, strengthen sensitive small changes gradually increased. Therefore, in low frequency, vibration and noise characteristics of double stiffened plate of small changes the stiffener height is more sensitive. (3) the sound insulation performance, first of all, according to the 1/3 octave bandwidth in the number of modes, the analysis of the frequency interval is divided into low frequency and high frequency in the area between the area . in the low-frequency range, using the equivalent modeling method, verify the correctness of the finite element model of double deck stiffened plate. In the high frequency range, according to the relevant theory of the software of MATLAB. Were studied by double stiffened plate total quality constant and variable under the adjacent reinforcing rib spacing, reinforcement effect of height on the sound insulation performance, and discusses the double deck stiffened plate with sound insulation performance of the spacing, height and other parameters of the sensitivity, we draw the conclusion that with the increase of the adjacent strengthening reinforcement spacing, the natural frequency of double stiffened plate decreases, the vibration wave valley toward low frequency. With the increase of reinforcement height the natural frequency of double stiffened plate increases, the sound insulation trough gradually move to the high frequency direction.
