中等职业学校数字化实训工厂的设计与实现

【摘要】:数字化工厂是我国制造业信息化建设的一个重要组成部分,进入21世纪以来,国际上的制造业以及相关技术向我国不断地转移,经过这几年的快速的发展,中国已经是世界制造业大国,在机械制造业中已经采用了精密自动化柔性化等数字化的高新技术.作为中等职业学校,一方面培养能够适应社会及企业工作的人才的需求比较迫切,另外一方面学校已经购置了大批现代化的数控机床用于学生的实训。学校如何充分利用数控设备,并实现引领企业发展的信息化模拟工厂,学校数字化实训工厂系统的设计与实现有着非常现实的意义和研究价值。本文是作者基于多年来对数字化工厂教学实践的探讨和摸索的工作基础上,研究和分析了职业教育中的特殊需求,充分应用现代仿真技术和模拟现代企业中无纸化生产的真实的环境,实现了让学校教育中的实训环节与现代企业的生产流程相接轨的数字化工厂实训系统。本文首先分析了企业的数字化工厂的架构,以及企业中的数字化工厂实现,通过企业中的系统应用布局分析各个应用环节。运用了网络DNC技术以及CAXA的CAD、CAM、CAPP、PDM软件系统,并通过相关的硬件建立PLM体验中心、无纸化生产车间、数据采集及数字化资源库等相关模型,建立并实现了符合职业院校使用的数字化实训工厂系统。论文的所做的主要工作是在调研典型企业数字化工厂的基础上以计算机技术辅助设计中职学校数字化工厂实训系统,实现了数字化工厂实训系统的软硬件框架的设计与实现,绘制了系统流程图、综合布局图、运用Visual C++对系统中的相关应用程序做二次开发,完成了资源库、PLM体验中心、实训中心的建设。数字化工厂实训系统的建设有效实施了中等职业教育项目式教学法,并验证了该教学法的优势,通过PLM体验中心、无纸化生产教学、理论实践一体化讨论区等让学生真正的适应了与企业的岗位接轨。
[Abstract]:Digital factory is an important part of information construction of manufacturing industry in our country. Since 21th century, the international manufacturing industry and related technology have been continuously transferred to our country, and after several years of rapid development, China is already a big manufacturing country in the world. It has adopted high and new technology, such as precision automation and flexibility, in the machinery manufacturing industry. As a secondary vocational school, On the one hand, there is an urgent need to train talents who can adapt to social and enterprise work. On the other hand, schools have already acquired a large number of modern numerical control machine tools for practical training of students. How can schools make full use of numerical control equipment? And realize the information simulation factory that leads the development of the enterprise, The design and implementation of the digital training factory system in school is of great practical significance and research value. This paper is based on the discussion and exploration of the teaching practice of the digital factory for many years. This paper studies and analyzes the special needs of vocational education, fully applies modern simulation technology and simulates the real environment of paperless production in modern enterprises. This paper has realized the digital factory practice training system, which makes the practical training link in school education connect with the production process of modern enterprises. Firstly, this paper analyzes the structure of the digital factory in the enterprise and the realization of the digital factory in the enterprise. Through the system application layout analysis in the enterprise, the network DNC technology and CAXA CAMCAMCAPPPDM software system are used, and the PLM experience center is set up through the related hardware, and the paperless production workshop is established. Related models such as data acquisition and digital resource database, A digital practical training plant system is established and realized in accordance with the needs of vocational colleges. The main work of this paper is to design a digital factory training system of vocational school with computer technology based on the investigation and investigation of typical enterprise digital factory. The design and implementation of the hardware and software framework of the digital factory training system are realized, the system flowchart is drawn, the comprehensive layout diagram is drawn, the related application program in the system is redeveloped with Visual C, and the experience center of the resource library is completed. The construction of practical training center. The project teaching method of secondary vocational education has been implemented effectively, and the advantages of this teaching method have been verified. Through the PLM experience center, the teaching of paperless production has been carried out. The discussion area of integration of theory and practice makes the students adapt to the position of the enterprise.
