【摘要】:企业生产现场管理水平优秀与否直接关系着企业整体经营管理成果的大小,也就是说企业生产现场管理水平逐渐成为企业发展的“晴雨表”。企业生产现场管理水平与生产效率以及经济效益密不可分。生产现场管理水平与生产效率和经济效益密切相关。随着经济水平和技术水平的提高,企业对现场管理的要求更是逐步提高,优化企业现场管理也成为加快推进企业发展的一个重要“突破口”。生产管理水平对于加强企业管理,提高产品质量,促进企业发展具有十分重要的意义。本文以A机电设备制造有限公司为例进行研究分析。A机电设备制造有限公司是一家数控金属加工设备的企业,主要生产“数控飞锯机”、“摩擦飞锯机”、“冷切飞锯机”、“仿型铣飞锯机”等机电设备。在A机电设备制造有限公司,生产现场被认为是企业整个生产管理水平的重点体现部位,其生产车间设备体量大、购买价格昂贵、操作精密复杂,这不仅要求现场工作人员的业务技能、业务水平精湛,更要求工作人员对设备的养护、维修等知识具有一定掌握;生产的机电设备种类虽然不多,但是产品体量大、不利于生产现场的组织控制;客户多为外销,不仅对设备的质量要求严格,对设备的技术创新水平等方面都有严格的要求,这些需求重点,都使得A机电设备制造有限公司对生产现场管理的优化更为迫切。本文是基于生产管理理论,将A机电设备制造有限公司生产管理中存在的问题进行具体、深入地分析,实地考察调研A机电设备制造有限公司生产现场环境管理、人员管理、材料管理、设备管理、过程管理的,加以分析和研究,找出A机电设备制造有限公司的生产现场管理所存在的主要问题,针对查摆出来的主要问题制定优化措施,提出对策建议。总的来说,本文主要的研究成果有:1.通过加强A机电设备制造有限公司的企业文化建设和绩效管理水平,提升生产现场员工的向心力和凝聚力;2.通过加强A机电设备制造有限公司的员工教育培训,提升生产现场员工的业务知识储备、业务技能水平及综合素质;3.通过优化A机电设备制造有限公司的生产设备管理,减少因设备闲置而造成的浪费,提高资源利用效率和企业经济效益;4.通过加强A机电设备制造有限公司的生产现场管理制度建设,打造标准化程度、规范化程度高的生产现场。
[Abstract]:Whether the production site management level of an enterprise is excellent or not is directly related to the size of the enterprise's overall management results. That is to say, the level of production site management has gradually become a barometer for the development of enterprises. The level of production site management is closely related to production efficiency and economic benefits, and the level of production site management is closely related to production efficiency and economy. Benefits are closely related. With the improvement of economic and technological level, The requirements of enterprises for on-site management have been raised step by step, and optimizing the on-site management of enterprises has also become an important "breakthrough" in speeding up the development of enterprises. The level of production management has contributed to strengthening the management of enterprises and improving the quality of products. It is of great significance to promote the development of enterprises. This paper takes A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd as an example to study and analyze .A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a CNC metal processing equipment enterprise. Main production "numerical control flying saw machine", "friction flying saw machine", "cold cutting flying saw machine", "copying milling flying saw machine" and so on. In A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the production site is considered to be the key part of the whole production management level of the enterprise. Its production workshop equipment volume is large, the purchase price is expensive, the operation precision is complex, this not only requires the scene staff's business skill, the service level is exquisite, but also requires the staff to have certain knowledge to the equipment maintenance, the maintenance and so on knowledge; Although there are not many types of mechanical and electrical equipment in production, the volume of products is large, which is not conducive to the organization and control of the production site; most of the customers are for export, not only strict requirements for the quality of the equipment, but also strict requirements for the level of technological innovation of the equipment, etc. All these requirements make the optimization of production site management more urgent in A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd. This paper is based on the theory of production management and puts forward the problems existing in the production management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In-depth analysis, on-the-spot investigation and investigation, analysis and research on production site environment management, personnel management, material management, equipment management, process management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. To find out the main problems existing in the production site management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to formulate the optimization measures for the main problems found out, and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. Through strengthening the corporate culture construction and performance management level of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. To enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the production site staff. 2. By strengthening the education and training of the staff of the A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to enhance the store of business knowledge of the production site staff, By optimizing the production equipment management of A Electromechanical equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the waste caused by idle equipment can be reduced. Through strengthening the construction of production site management system of A electromechanical equipment manufacturing co., Ltd, the production site with high standardization degree and standardization degree is built.
