薄膜拉伸生产线项目的进度管理研究

【摘要】：薄膜拉伸生产线项目进度管理研究是为了解决企业在工程项目的执行过程中存在的管理问题。由于现代项目管理的方法和理论并没有在该企业的工程项目管理中得到广泛的应用,导致在项目执行过程中出现工期长、费用高的问题,不利于项目的执行和企业自身的发展。针对存在的这种现象,本论文以薄膜拉伸生产线项目为例,结合项目进度管理理论和实际项目进行研究,在保质保量的前提下,实现缩减工期和降低成本的目标。要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,企业需要与时俱进,将现代项目进度管理理论应用到项目实施过程中,合理计划和控制项目进度,尽可能的降低项目的成本。本论文对项目进度管理的理论和方法进行了论述,并将项目分解结构、里程碑和网络计划技术等项目进度管理方法应用到薄膜拉伸生产线项目的进度计划和控制中。根据项目自身特点和需要,建立项目组;根据项目合同和技术协议,明确项目内容,制定项目进度计划。合理的进度计划对于项目的如期完成有重要的意义。在项目执行过程中,确保各项活动按照项目进度计划执行,并对项目工作的实际进度进行监控。项目进度控制的关键是定期监测项目实际进度,并与进度计划比较,当发现项目实施进度和计划进度偏离比较大时,需要采取措施进行调整。当采取措施后,项目实际进度仍不能跟随进度计划,需要调整进度计划以保证项目后期的正常进行。本论文采用理论联系实际的方法,参考国内外相关文献,以当前项目进度管理理论为基础,结合薄膜拉伸生产线项目的实施过程,总结经验教训,积累项目进度管理的经验,除了解决该项目的工期紧张问题,对于面临市场压力的类似项目,具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Study on schedule management of drawing production line project is to solve the management problems of the film in the course of implementation of the project in the enterprise. Clear the project content, project schedule plan. Reasonable schedule has important significance to the project schedule. The key of project schedule control is to periodically monitor the project actual progress, and progress when the project plan, schedule and schedule deviation is large, need to be adjusted to take measures.
