基于农村生活服务平台的产品交互设计研究

【摘要】：随着时代的发展,国家针对农村的发展制定了一系列的扶农、惠农的政策,农村的生活有了一定的改善。农村生活服务平台的发展有利于农村信息化的发展,改善农民获取信息的方式,提高农民的生活质量,加快城乡一体化的发展,促进社会主义新农村的建设。该课题从交互产品设计角度,对我国农村生活服务平台及相关产品进行了探索性设计研究。论文通过对河北省安平县王胡林村村民的用户研究,分析农民对信息服务的需求与设计创新策略;基于产品交互设计的设计研究方法和设计原则,探索合理的生活服务平台的创新,结合当地农民生活的实际情况探究整合服务设计的要素与设计的定位;最后以用户体验的角度出发,对服务平台中产品、界面、交互方式的设计进行实践与展示。论文综合了产品交互设计的理论与方法、产品交互设计原则、人机交互、农村生活信息发展等多方知识进行研究,构建了一个完整的设计过程:背景研究—用户研究—设计理论研究—构建系统—设计实践。主要研究内容有:(1)对服务平台与目标用户进行了调查研究,分析课题的可行性与农民获取生活信息的现状与不足,从而发现潜在的需求。(2)产品交互设计方法和设计原则对设计实践阶段进行了理论性的分析。(3)以调查结果为依据,通过对用户体验、使用情境、情感因素的分析,提出服务平台的主要服务内容为:时间、天气、温度信息,村广播、村动态信息,音乐、收音机、视频、聊天等。(4)根据目标人群、目标环境、目标需求对服务产品的外观、界面、人机交互进行了设计制作。将理论与实践相结合,结合我国农村生活情况,进行农村生活服务平台的建设,能够使其更加贴近农民的生活。课题的研究也弥补了农村生活服务平台产品设计的空白,对其他农村服务平台的建设也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the state has formulated a series of policies to support farmers and benefit farmers. The rural life has been improved. The development of rural life service platform is conducive to the development of rural informatization. Improve farmers' access to information, improve their quality of life, accelerate the development of urban-rural integration, and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside. Based on the research on the rural life service platform and related products of our country, this paper analyzes the farmers' demand for information service and the innovative design strategy by studying the users of Wang Hu Lin Village in Anping County, Hebei Province. Based on the design research method and design principle of product interactive design, this paper explores the innovation of reasonable life service platform, and probes into the elements and positioning of integrated service design according to the actual situation of local farmers' life. Finally, from the perspective of user experience, the design of product, interface and interaction mode in the service platform is put into practice and displayed. The thesis synthesizes the theory and method of product interaction design, the principle of product interaction design, and the human-computer interaction. Rural life information development and other knowledge research, A complete design process is constructed: background research-user research-design theory research-construction system-design practice. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the project and the present situation and deficiency of farmers' obtaining life information, and finds out that there is a potential demand for product interaction design method and design principle. The theoretical analysis of the design practice stage is based on the results of the investigation. Based on the analysis of user experience, usage situation, emotion factors, the main service contents of the service platform are as follows: time, weather, temperature information, village broadcast, village dynamic information, music, radio, video, etc. According to the target population, the target environment, the target demand, the appearance of the service product, the interface, the human-computer interaction, combining the theory with the practice, combining the rural life situation of our country, the author designs and manufactures the service product appearance, interface and human-computer interaction according to the target crowd, the target environment and the target demand. The construction of rural life service platform can make it more close to the life of farmers. The research of the subject also makes up the blank of the product design of rural life service platform, and has certain reference value to the construction of other rural service platform.
