VOC采样罐清洗系统研究与设计

【摘要】:近年来,我国随着工业不断发展,环境污染问题日益凸显。挥发性有机化合物(VOC即Volatile Organic Compounds的简称)的广泛恶劣影响是在PM2.5、SO2、NOx和氟利昂后成为世界各国关注的又一焦点。 因为当前国内在VOC的采样、实时在线监测、清洗方面发展相对国外而言制定相关政策不健全,重视程度低,技术发展较晚,相关产业滞后,这方面的产品更是一个空白。所以,开发产品,提高技术已成为一个至关重要的方面。现在国内外监测VOC的方法普遍固定,都是将VOC采样罐放在环保局、学校、各地环境监测站、进行常年定时监测,当采样罐的VOC气体装满时,就要及时的对采样罐进行完整彻底的清洗,所以VOC清洗系统的出现具有重大意义。 VOC采样罐清洗系统是控制器以液晶屏的方式显示温度值、压力值、清洗状态、清洗时间、清洗次数,有加热器、温度传感器、压力传感器对温度、压力进行实时采样,兼备转换压力的作用,使用者可以根据自身特定的需要设置整个系统的各项操作规格及参数设置。这个控制系统总体包含了整个的采集、液晶显示和系统运行部分,测量的限度较宽而且准确度高,适合于温度、压力等参数的测量以及控制各种阀的动作。VOC采样罐清洗系统的优点是不仅可以节省人力,安全智能彻底的清洗采样罐,而且还可以对采样罐的温度、压力、状态参数进行实时监测和采样。 本文设计的VOC采样罐清洗系统是以STC单片机为控制核心,通过压力、温度传感器对系统的温度、压力进行实时的进行监测,而且,,把监测的数据在工业液晶显示屏上实时展现出来,单片机控制电磁阀的开闭控制充、抽气的过程,同时控制继电器通断以控制初级泵、高级泵及加热装置的工作情况。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of industry in China, the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent. The widespread adverse effects of volatile organic compounds (VOC) (Volatile Organic Compounds) have become another focus of attention in the world after PM2.5TO _ 2O _ x and Freon. Because the current domestic VOC sampling, real-time online monitoring, cleaning development compared with foreign countries in the formulation of related policies is not perfect, low attention, technological development is late, related industries lag behind, Therefore, developing products and improving technology has become a crucial aspect. Now the methods of monitoring VOC are generally fixed at home and abroad. They are all about putting VOC sampling tanks in the EPA and schools. When the VOC gas of the sampling tank is filled, the sampling tank should be cleaned completely and thoroughly in time, so the appearance of the VOC cleaning system is of great significance. VOC sampling tank cleaning system is designed to display temperature value, pressure value, cleaning state, cleaning time, cleaning times, heater, temperature sensor and pressure sensor to sample temperature and pressure in real time. The user can set the operating specifications and parameters of the whole system according to their own specific needs. The control system contains the whole collection, LCD display and system operation parts. The measuring limit is wide and the accuracy is high, which is suitable for the measurement of temperature, pressure and other parameters, as well as the advantages of the cleaning system which controls the operation of various valves. VOC sampling tank not only can save manpower, but also can clean the sampling tank safely, intelligently and thoroughly. The temperature, pressure and state parameters of the tank can also be monitored and sampled in real time. The cleaning system of VOC sampling tank designed in this paper is based on STC single chip microcomputer. The temperature and pressure of the system are monitored by pressure and temperature sensor in real time. The monitoring data are displayed in real time on the industrial liquid crystal display screen. The single-chip microcomputer controls the opening and closing of solenoid valve to control the process of charging and pumping, and at the same time to control the operation of primary pump, advanced pump and heating device by controlling the opening and breaking of relay.
