【摘要】:包装纸板的发展迅速,其中又以箱板纸的需求量最大。本文以以废纸为原料的安徽某大型纸企箱板纸生产线为例,具体分析其造纸生产线流程,根据跟踪的生产数据进行分析造纸化学品的最佳使用比例,并对实际应用中的技术改造进行了分析讨论。生产性试验中主要涉及的造纸化学品有:表面施胶淀粉、浆内施胶淀粉、胶黏物控制剂。分析探讨各个子系统的使用流程以及化学品的添加方式。硫酸铝、助留助滤剂以及其他化学助剂是在流送阶段完成添加的,其中,硫酸铝、干强剂、杀菌剂等化学助剂是直接添加在混合浆池中,聚丙烯酰胺是在一段压力筛之前添加,膨润土是在一段压力筛之后添加。针对生产性试验中主要涉及的造纸化学品,比较表面施胶淀粉的原料种类、浆内施胶淀粉的添加量、胶黏物控制剂的添加点的差异,并对其使用效果做了探讨分析。结合实际产品质量指标测定结果发现:利用木薯淀粉制备表面施胶淀粉的效果更好,浆内施胶淀粉的作用效果与添加地点和添加量有关系,不同厂商的胶黏物控制剂根据添加点的位置其使用效果相差较大。针对DCS控制系统中的多重连锁作了具体分析,探讨了对于纸页的物理性能和外观纸病的DCS控制技术,还剖析了生产线的成本构成及其效益。提出了纸机产量提升的几大增产工艺:车速控制,管理强化,化学品使用以及以管路改造、设备增添、参数及流程优化等为主的技术改造。针对现有生产线提出自己的建议:改造清渣系统、优化现有的制浆生产线中的工段配置。
[Abstract]:Packaging paperboard is developing rapidly, among which the demand of carton paperboard is the greatest. This paper takes a large paper production line in Anhui Province as an example to analyze the process of papermaking production line. According to the following production data, the optimum proportion of paper chemicals is analyzed, and the technical transformation in practical application is analyzed and discussed. The main chemicals involved in the productive tests are: surface sizing starch, Internal sizing starch, adhesive control agent. Analysis and discussion of the use process of each subsystem and the ways to add chemicals. Aluminum sulfate, retention and drainage aids and other chemical aids are added during the flow phase, among which aluminum sulfate, aluminum sulfate, and other chemical aids are added. Chemical additives such as dry strength agents, fungicides and other chemical aids are added directly in the mixing pulp pool, polyacrylamide is added before the first stage of pressure sieve, and bentonite is added after the first stage of pressure screen. The material type of surface sizing starch, the addition amount of sizing starch in pulp, the difference of adding point of adhesive control agent were compared. The results showed that the effect of cassava starch preparation was better than that of cassava starch, and the effect of internal sizing starch was related to the place and amount of starch added. According to the position of adding point, the application effect of adhesive control agent in different manufacturers is quite different. This paper analyzes the multiple linkage in DCS control system, and discusses the DCS control technology for the physical properties and appearance of paper. The cost composition and benefit of the production line are also analyzed. Several techniques for increasing the production of paper machine are put forward: speed control, management enhancement, chemical use, pipeline transformation, equipment addition, etc. Some suggestions are put forward for the existing production line, such as revamping the slag cleaning system and optimizing the section configuration of the existing pulping production line.
