天通光伏产品的包装设计及其实现

【摘要】:近百年来,由于工业发展和人类活动日益频繁,能源消耗异常严重,而且使得环境恶化超过前面几千年的恶化程度。在这样的情况下,各国政府都在寻找新型的绿色能源。绿色能源包括了太阳能、风能、海洋能和地热能等。太阳能是取之不尽、用之不竭的可再生绿色能源,所以它受到了人类大力研发和利用。光伏产品的需求越来越多,全球装机容量已经达40G兆瓦。加上光伏产品的价格和价值比较高,对光伏产品的包装要求也越来越高。目前中国成为了全球最大的光伏制造国,百分之五六十以上是出口的。合理的运输包装设计对于工业产品来说也是个重要环节,可以减少企业不要的成本开销。目前光伏行业的开箱碎片率居高不下,且不环保,所以选择了这个课题作为研究对象。本文针对天通自身的太阳能产业链中的N型硅片、离子注入电池和组件板,结合客户实际需要,设计了外包装,主要有:大致介绍国内外太阳能光伏产业的发展情况,并结合天通光伏的实际情况,来证明为什么需要外包装设计。针对天通的光伏产品给出了应用与不同交通工具的包装设计方案。介绍了Load Expert集装箱装柜软件及使用方法,通过此软件改善了天通光伏电池片的运输情况,并与之前行业内传统方案进行比较,实现使用此软件之后,运输更加合理和高效。用天通电池片为例,根据产品不同的运输环境和挤压受力情况,再通过CAXA实体设计软件及ANSYS Workbench有限元软件进行相对应的实体建模和力学分析。介绍了天通光伏产品包装废弃物的产生、如何回收以及如何改革使之变得更加环保。
[Abstract]:In the last hundred years, due to the increasing frequency of industrial development and human activities, the energy consumption has been extremely serious, and the environmental deterioration has exceeded the deterioration of the previous several thousand years. Governments are looking for new types of green energy. Green energy includes solar, wind, oceanic and geothermal energy. Solar energy is an inexhaustible source of renewable green energy. So it has been vigorously developed and utilized by human beings. There is a growing demand for photovoltaic products, and the global installed capacity has reached 40 gigawatts. Plus, the price and value of photovoltaic products are relatively high. At present, China has become the largest photovoltaic manufacturing country in the world, and more than 560% are exported. Reasonable transport packaging design is also an important link for industrial products. It can reduce the cost that enterprises do not want. At present, the open chip rate of photovoltaic industry is high, and it is not environmentally friendly, so we choose this topic as the research object. This paper aims at the N-type silicon chip in Tiantong's solar energy industry chain. Ion implantation batteries and component panels have been designed to meet the actual needs of customers. The main contents are: a general introduction to the development of the solar photovoltaic industry at home and abroad, and a combination of the actual situation of Tiantong photovoltaic. In order to prove why outer packaging design is needed, the paper gives the packaging design scheme of Tiantong's photovoltaic products and different means of transportation, and introduces the Load Expert container loading software and its usage method. By using this software, the transportation situation of Tiantong photovoltaic cell is improved, and compared with the traditional scheme in the industry before, the transportation is more reasonable and efficient after the use of this software. According to the different transportation environment and extrusion force of the product, the entity modeling and mechanical analysis are carried out by using CAXA entity design software and ANSYS Workbench finite element software. The generation of packaging waste of Tiantong photovoltaic products is introduced. How to recycle and how to reform to make it more environmentally friendly.
