基于大数据的产品设计方案综合评价系统及其应用

【摘要】:在产品设计过程中,对解决产品设计问题的方案进行比较、评定,由此确定各设计方案的价值,以便筛选出最佳设计方案。产品设计方案评价是保证产品设计质量、提高设计效率的有效途径。产品设计方案评价的主体应包括与产品相关的各类人群,,即产品设计、制造、销售、用户人群和企业主管部门人员。研究基于网络的各类人群评价信息调查系统,以及大数据评价信息处理方法与技术,实现设计师的设计方案能及时、方便的与评价者进行交互是本文主要研究的目的。 文中将产品设计方案评价者分为产品设计(包括产品造型设计师、原理与结构设计工程师)、制造、销售、消费者(用户)和主管部门5类人群,根据每类人群对产品认知的角度、侧重点以及专业背景的不同,制定对应的评价指标体系,使得每个评价群体都能在其认知范围内对产品设计方案进行准确(或较准确)的评价。应用各类人群的评价信息与层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重,应用信息熵处理方法、5类人群共性评价指标及其评价信息确定5类人群间的权重。根据产品设计方案评价指标具有模糊的特点,应用三角模糊数法度量评价者依据评价指标对产品设计方案的评价信息,探讨了产品设计方案模糊评价模型的构建方法。通过计算评价者群体中的平均相似度、评价者综合重要程度系数等,实现群体内和群体间多指标评价信息集结的决策方法与步骤。在此基础上,应用Dreamweaver、ASP、VC++、ADO等技术开发了产品设计方案综合评价信息调查系统、产品设计方案综合评价信息管理系统,实现了对产品评价信息的有效搜集与管理。以现有5种轿车为例,将系统评价结果与5种车型排行榜次序对比,验证了所开发的产品设计方案综合评价系统的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In the process of product design, the solutions to product design problems are compared and evaluated, so as to determine the value of each design scheme, in order to select the best design scheme. The evaluation of product design scheme is to ensure the quality of product design. The main body of product design scheme evaluation should include all kinds of people related to product, that is, product design, manufacture and sale, The user crowd and the personnel in charge of the enterprise. Study all kinds of crowd evaluation information survey system based on network, as well as big data evaluation information processing method and technology, to realize the designer's design scheme can be timely. The main purpose of this paper is to interact with evaluators conveniently. In this paper, the evaluators of product design schemes are divided into five groups: product design (including product stylist, principle and structure design engineer, manufacture, sales, consumer (user) and competent department). According to the perspective of product cognition, the focus and the different professional background of each group of people, the corresponding evaluation index system is established. So that each evaluation group can evaluate the product design scheme accurately (or more accurately) within its cognitive scope. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the evaluation information and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of various population groups. The information entropy processing method is used to determine the weights of the five groups of people by using the general evaluation index of 5 categories of population and the evaluation information. The evaluation index of product design scheme has the characteristics of fuzziness. This paper uses triangular fuzzy number method to measure the evaluation information of the product design scheme according to the evaluation index, and discusses the method of constructing the fuzzy evaluation model of the product design scheme. By calculating the average similarity in the evaluator group, the method of constructing the fuzzy evaluation model of the product design scheme is discussed. On the basis of synthesizing the important degree coefficient and so on, the decision methods and steps to realize the information gathering of multi-index evaluation within and among groups are realized. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation information investigation system for product design scheme is developed by using the technology of Dreamweaver ASPVC / ADO, etc. The product design scheme comprehensive evaluation information management system realizes the effective collection and management of the product evaluation information. Taking the existing five kinds of cars as an example, the evaluation results of the system are compared with the ranking order of the five types of vehicles. The feasibility and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation system for product design scheme are verified.
