基于视觉引导的自动码放生产线设计

【摘要】:目的针对现代包装加工企业产品多样化发展趋势,实现包装码垛自动生产线上不同型号产品的分类码放,有效提高生产效率、降低生产成本、改善工作环境。方法对PE粒子、PVC、粮食等颗粒状物料的包装码放要求进行系统分析,采用视觉引导方法对自动分类码垛系统进行研究。结果根据不同生产线的实际状况对码放流程进行优化设计,提出了以PLC为主控制器控制工作流程、机器人控制搬运轨迹的组合码放方式,并完成了相应的硬件及软件系统设计;经检测,生产线的平均无故障运行时间为960 h,满足实际生产需求。结论生产实践表明,该系统结构严谨、运行稳定、生产效率高,能很好满足企业生产要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the diversified development trend of the products of modern packaging processing enterprises, the classification codes of different types of products on the automatic packaging palletizing production line are realized, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. Methods the packing code requirements of PE particle PVC, grain and other granular materials were analyzed systematically. The automatic classifying palletizing system is studied by visual guidance method. Results according to the actual conditions of different production lines, the optimization design of code amplifier flow is carried out, and the control flow of PLC as main controller is put forward. The robot controls the combined code setting mode of the moving track, and completes the corresponding hardware and software system design. After testing, the average trouble-free running time of the production line is 960 hours, which meets the actual production demand. The system has strict structure, stable operation and high production efficiency.
