粉体在袋装充填过程中的扬尘规律

【摘要】:目的在不同充填高度下探究粉体扬尘的影响因素和分布规律。方法基于气固耦合机理,分析粉体在袋装充填时与空气的相互作用。采用Fluent软件,选择κ-ε湍流模型与离散相模型模拟粉体下落扬尘过程。将颗粒浓度、空气流速和颗粒追踪占比3项作为分析依据,确定粉体充填的合理高度。结果扬尘主要由卷吸空气引起,在粉袋内颗粒会产生大量回流;粉体距袋口80~480 mm时充填扬尘量最小。结论通过改变袋装充填的充填高度能有效减少粉尘的产生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors and distribution of powder dust at different filling heights. Methods based on the gas-solid coupling mechanism, the interaction between powder and air during packing and filling was analyzed. Fluent software was used. 魏-蔚 turbulence model and discrete phase model were selected to simulate the falling dust process of powder. The reasonable height of powder filling was determined based on three items: particle concentration, air velocity and particle tracing ratio. Results the dust was mainly caused by entrainment air. A large amount of reflux will be produced in the powder bag, and the dust volume will be minimized when the powder is 80 ~ 480 mm away from the bag mouth. Conclusion the dust generation can be effectively reduced by changing the filling height of the bag filling.
