B人参加工厂生产包装的5S现场管理改进研究

【摘要】:生产现场是产品生产、制造场所,它也可以提供生产服务,场所主要是用于完成生产作业任务,它是效益的直接来源,现场在产生信息的同时也产生各种问题。因此,现场管理是否科学合理将能直观的反映出企业经营情况的好坏,与企业效益直接挂钩。现场管理的主要作用是为了保证企业的生产活动运行畅通,管理的好坏直接体现在企业的产量、质量、成本上等,所以,现场管理活动的开展和运行要科学、合理、有效并能与生产管理相互结合起来。本文在现有5S场管理相关理论的基础上,选取B人参加工厂作为改进对象,B人参加工厂是一家小型民营企业,主要产品有红参、生晒参、西洋参、林下参等。目前该加工厂主要发现生产包装车间内的现场管理较混乱、工作环境、卫生清洁情况较差、人员素质有待提高等问题。因此,本次研究特以B人参加工厂的生产包装车间为主要的改进对象,在核心部门实施5S现场管理后,可以使人参加工厂的各个部门有参照对象,让5S现场管理工作能有条不紊、循序渐进的开展下去,在对车间生产包装乃至整个工厂提高生产效率、降低成本、减少浪费等环节能起到一定的效果。本次论文的选题主要是以5S现场管理理论为基础,并结合运用工作研究方法、5W2H提问技术、ECRS原则、流程再造等理论与技术,对B人参加工厂原有生产包装流程工序存在的问题予以改进,对人参加工厂的生产包装间的现有关工作环境、人员素质提升、生产管理模式等运用5S现场管理相关方法进行全面改进,推行的最终目的是要达到管理先进科学、生产效率提高、生产成本降低。希望通过本次的课题研究,可以使5S现场管理在B人参加工厂的改进取得一定的成效,在提高B人参加工厂生产管理水平、生产效率、降低运营成本的同时,也可以为其它中小型民营人参加工厂的5S现场管理改进提供相应的参考价值和依据。
[Abstract]:The production site is the place of production and manufacture of products, and it can also provide production services. The place is mainly used to complete the task of production operations. It is a direct source of benefits. Whether the field management is scientific and reasonable can directly reflect the quality of the enterprise operation and directly link with the benefit of the enterprise. The main function of the field management is to ensure the smooth operation of the production activities of the enterprise. The quality of management is directly reflected in the output, quality and cost of the enterprise. Therefore, the development and operation of on-site management activities should be scientific and reasonable. This paper selects B ginseng processing plant as the improvement object and B ginseng processing factory is a small private enterprise, the main products are red ginseng, raw ginseng, based on the existing 5S field management theory, this paper selects B ginseng processing plant as the improvement object, is a small private enterprise, the main products are red ginseng, raw ginseng, At present, the processing plant mainly finds that the on-site management in the production and packaging workshop is relatively chaotic, the working environment is poor, the hygiene and cleaning conditions are poor, and the quality of personnel needs to be improved. This research takes the production and packaging workshop of B ginseng processing plant as the main improvement object, after implementing 5S site management in the core department, it can make every department of ginseng processing factory have reference object and make 5S field management work orderly. Step by step, it can improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost, reduce the waste and so on. The topic of this paper is mainly based on the 5S field management theory. Combined with the theory and technology of ECRS principle and process reengineering, the problems existing in the original production and packaging process of B ginseng processing plant were improved. The related working environment, personnel quality improvement, production management mode and so on in the production and packaging room of ginseng processing factory are comprehensively improved by using 5S field management related methods. The ultimate aim of the implementation is to achieve advanced management science. It is hoped that the improvement of 5S field management in B ginseng processing plant can achieve certain results through the research of this project, and improve the production management level and production efficiency of B ginseng processing plant. At the same time, it can also provide reference value and basis for the improvement of 5S site management in other small and medium-sized private ginseng processing plants.
