【摘要】:正C230采用等压法测试原理,内置具有电磁防护设计的高精度氧变送器,隔绝外界干扰,具有高灵敏度的氧测量能力,测试范围0.1~45000cm3/(m2·d);C390采用自主红外水分传感器技术,使用具有ppb级信号分辨率的传感器以及高性能信号处理单元,准确快速获取水蒸气浓度信号,测试范围0.05~280g/(m2·d);仪器遵循GB、YBB、ASTM、ISO等多项中国标准和国际标准研制,采用3个测试腔一体式的集成块结构,能实现同等测试条件下3种不同试样的检测,适用于塑料薄膜、复合膜、镀铝膜、铝箔、片状材料及相关包装容器的阻隔性测定;
[Abstract]:The positive C230 adopts the principle of isobaric test, and has a high precision oxygen transmitter with electromagnetic protection design, which insulates the external interference and has the ability of high sensitivity oxygen measurement. In the range of test, 0.1~45000cm3/(m2 DX C390 adopts the technology of independent infrared water sensor. Using the sensor with ppb signal resolution and high performance signal processing unit, the water vapor concentration signal can be obtained accurately and quickly, and the test range of 0.05~280g/(m2 dl can be measured. The instrument is developed in accordance with many Chinese and international standards, such as GB / YBBB / ASTM / ISO, etc. The integrated block structure with three test cavities can be used to detect three different samples under the same test conditions. It is suitable for the barrier measurement of plastic film, composite film, aluminized film, aluminum foil, sheet material and related packaging container.
