复杂产品方案设计中多级实例推理检索算法研究

【摘要】：复杂产品的方案设计是产品设计的核心步骤，它关系到从设计到制造的整个流程，一直是科研设计人员研究的热点。因此，高效的完成复杂产品方案的设计，是当前企业赢得市场的一个重要砝码。本课题针对复杂产品方案设计的繁杂性、创造性等特点，从智能化的设计角度对方案设计中的需求分析、功能映射、多级实例的拆分、多级实例的编码、多级实例库的构建、多级实例的检索、方案实例的评价等问题进行了深入研究。本文通过对复杂产品检索算法的研究与分析，首先，针对数控机床产品的复杂性，将数控机床产品方案设计的需求信息进行分解，运用质量屋完成从需求信息到功能信息的转化，并计算各信息的权值。其次，根据公理化设计的多层级和映射思想，将相关数控机床实例方案进行多层级功能映射，使特征信息转化为功能域、物理域、工艺域的信息，并使用数据库软件将这些信息存储，构建多级实例库。再次，使用知识进化（一级检索）和最近邻法（二级检索）的结合算法，根据新产品的要求，在多级实例库中进行多级实例推理的检索，搜索出与目标设计的产品最相似的实例方案，从而完成该产品的方案设计。最后，在相关理论的基础上，完成了数控机床方案设计数字验证系统的开发，，验证了相关理论的可行性。
[Abstract]:The project design of complex products is the core step of product design, which is related to the whole process from design to manufacture, and has always been a hot research topic for researchers and designers.Therefore, the efficient completion of complex product design is an important weight for enterprises to win the market.In view of the complexity and creativity of the complex product scheme design, this subject analyzes the requirement, the function mapping, the split of the multilevel case, the coding of the multilevel case, the construction of the multilevel case library from the angle of intelligent design.The retrieval of multi-level cases and the evaluation of scheme cases are studied in depth.Through the research and analysis of complex product retrieval algorithm, firstly, according to the complexity of CNC machine tool product, the requirement information of NC machine tool product scheme design is decomposed.The quality house is used to complete the transformation from requirement information to function information, and calculate the weights of each information.Secondly, according to the idea of multi-level and mapping in axiomatic design, the multi-level function mapping is carried out to transform the feature information into the information of functional domain, physical domain and process domain.The database software is used to store the information and build a multilevel instance library.Thirdly, using the combination algorithm of knowledge evolution (first-level retrieval) and nearest neighbor (second-level retrieval), according to the requirements of new products, the retrieval of multi-level case-based reasoning is carried out in the multilevel case library.Search for the most similar sample solution to the target product, and complete the design of the product.Finally, on the basis of relevant theories, the development of digital verification system for numerical control machine tool scheme design is completed, and the feasibility of the relevant theory is verified.
