超重力场条件下电液伺服振动装置液压回路设计

【摘要】:在超重力场环境下,电液伺服振动装置是用于模拟地震工况的重要试验设备。针对电液伺服振动装置高频响、高加速度以及可靠性的要求,分析其液压系统的功能,介绍液压系统的总体设计思路。同时详细描述液压系统中各回路的设计,完成了液压系统各回路的三维管路设计。分析表明:设计的液压系统回路可以满足超重力场下电液伺服振动装置的工作要求。
[Abstract]:In the environment of super gravity field, electro-hydraulic servo vibration device is an important test equipment used to simulate seismic conditions.According to the requirements of high frequency response, high acceleration and reliability of electro-hydraulic servo vibration device, the function of hydraulic system is analyzed, and the overall design idea of hydraulic system is introduced.At the same time, the design of each circuit in hydraulic system is described in detail, and the three-dimensional pipeline design of each circuit of hydraulic system is completed.The analysis shows that the designed hydraulic system circuit can meet the requirements of electro-hydraulic servo vibration device under super gravity field.
