基于TRIZ与系统分析的产品开发技术研究及应用

【摘要】:随着我国经济和技术水平的不断提升,消费者对产品的要求也越来越高,这就使得企业生产的产品要能满足消费者快速多变的要求,进一步导致制造业之间的竞争更加激烈。因此,不断推出好的新产品是企业提升竞争力的重要途径。一般地,新产品的开发主要分旧产品改进和新产品设计两种,前者占的比重非较大,相对容易,后者开发困难。同时,一个产品的好坏在很大程度上是由产品的设计方案来决定的。因此,在产品概念设计阶段,针对具体的产品特点,能够提出有效的改进措施或新的设计方案来满足用户需求是非常重要的。 论文基于此背景下,对产品开发设计的技术展开研究。为了在设计过程中有完整的分析流程,提高设计效率与创新能力,本文综合运用TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving Method)与系统分析(System Analysis),提出了一种基于TRIZ与系统分析集成的产品设计开发方法。针对机械产品的特点,将系统分析分为两条途径,即基于组件的功能分析和基于FAST (Function Analysis System Technology)的功能分析,然后将TRIZ分别集成到这两条路线中。因此,该集成方法也分为两条设计路线,分别针对已有产品的改进升级和新产品的设计。第一条路线先分析现有产品的各组件及其功能状态,建立产品的组件关系模型并找到问题组件,然后针对具体的问题情景,运用TRIZ等创新工具来提出解决方案,最后评价该方法的合理性及是否引入二级问题。第二条路线从产品的功能层面出发,先确定新产品的总功能,再将总功能逐一分解成各简单的功能元,然后构建功能系统图,此时将运用TRIZ,将各分功能映射到具体结构,构建形态学矩阵,选择合适方案,最后评价各可行方案。总之,两条路线在系统分析的基础上,能准确找到问题的关键所在,运用了TRIZ等创新手段来解决问题,相对容易地获取有效的创新方案。 本文提出的产品设计方法具备系统性和完整性,主要分为分析问题、确定问题、解决问题与评价方案四个阶段,每一阶段都提出了一些工具或手段来完成对应的任务。最后,将本文提出的产品设计方法应用于热熔胶喷胶封箱装置的改进升级实例与牙签包装机的开发设计实例,验证了该集成方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology in our country, the demands of consumers on products are becoming higher and higher, which makes the products produced by enterprises can meet the needs of consumers rapidly and changefully, which further leads to more fierce competition between manufacturing industries.Therefore, the continuous introduction of good new products is an important way for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Generally, the development of new products is mainly divided into two types: old product improvement and new product design. The former occupies a non-large proportion and is relatively easy to develop, while the latter is difficult to develop.At the same time, the quality of a product is largely determined by the design of the product.Therefore, in the stage of product conceptual design, it is very important to be able to propose effective improvement measures or new design schemes to meet the needs of users according to the specific product characteristics.Based on this background, this paper studies the technology of product development and design.In order to have a complete analysis flow in the design process and improve the design efficiency and innovation ability, this paper presents a product design and development method based on the integration of TRIZ and system analysis by using TRIZ Theory of Inventive Problem Solving method and system Analysis.According to the characteristics of mechanical products, the system analysis is divided into two ways: component-based function analysis and FAST function Analysis System technology analysis, and then TRIZ is integrated into these two routes.Therefore, the integration method is also divided into two design routes, one is the improvement of existing products and the other is the design of new products.The first way is to analyze each component of the existing product and its functional state, establish the component relationship model of the product and find out the problem component, and then propose the solution by using the innovative tools such as TRIZ, aiming at the specific problem situation.Finally, the rationality of the method and the introduction of secondary problems are evaluated.Starting from the functional level of the product, the second route first determines the total function of the new product, then decomposes the total function one by one into each simple functional unit, and then constructs the functional system diagram. At this time, the functions will be mapped to the specific structure by using Triz.The morphological matrix is constructed, the appropriate scheme is selected, and the feasible schemes are evaluated.In a word, on the basis of system analysis, the two routes can find the key point of the problem accurately, use the innovative means such as TRIZ to solve the problem, and obtain the effective innovation scheme relatively easily.The product design method proposed in this paper is systematic and integrality. It is mainly divided into four stages: analyzing problem, determining problem, solving problem and evaluating project. In each stage, some tools or means are put forward to accomplish the corresponding task.Finally, the product design method proposed in this paper has been applied to the improvement and upgrading of hot melt glue spray sealing device and the development and design of toothpick packaging machine. The feasibility of the integration method has been verified.
