年产10000吨结晶木糖醇的车间设计

【摘要】:木糖醇在食品行业中是一种重要的甜味剂,本身具有其它甜味剂所不可替代的作用,如甜度高、防龋齿、人体内代谢不增加血糖和尿糖等,其独特的生理活性和优越性在众多领域内被广泛使用。当今木糖醇的主要获取方式是化学合成法,但工艺有待改进使其更经济、环保。随着全世界人民生活水平的不断提高,木糖醇国内外市场与日俱增,且国内80%木糖醇产量用于出口,内销量甚少,国内市场发展也潜力巨大。当今国内单年产10000吨结晶木糖醇企业少,关于木糖醇的工艺和性质研究已有一定成果,但针对其生产车间的设计却鲜有报道,为此,本设计进行了年产10000吨结晶木糖醇的生产车间设计,另有副产品约44%浓度的液体木糖醇300吨左右,以为其以后的工厂建设提供参考。本设计采购木糖加氢制取木糖醇,加入制纯水工艺提供制醇工艺用水,在发展绿色产业的同时,大大提高了产量和产品质量。此外,以木糖为原料可使废水排放量大幅度减少,有机污染物浓度也大幅降低。在结晶过程,使用物料补偿性连续真空结晶的工艺,减少结晶时间,使得产品无论外形还是内在品质都有较大的的提高。工艺生产实行自动化控制,只产生少量废水,节约能耗,有利于环境保护。本设计在参考工厂实际情况、查阅了大量文献以及各项标准的基础上,进行了工艺探讨,并在此后进行了详细的物料衡算、热量衡算、主要设备的设计和选型。另在完成了设计说明的基础上,绘制了生产车间的工艺流程图、生产车间平面布置图和生产车间立面图,此外,本设计在2D车间平面图的基础上,对生产一车间进行3D车间设计,并利用3D打印技术打印出车间概念模型,使得设备、管道的布置更为直观。经核算,改项目总投资预计7910万元,年利润可达2886.78万元,产量盈亏平衡点为1229.86吨,仅为设计能力的12.30%,且经营安全率高,3年内可达到投资回收。
[Abstract]:Xylitol in the food industry is a kind of important sweetening agent, sweetening agent itself has other irreplaceable role, such as high sweetness, anti caries, human body metabolism does not increase blood glucose and urine glucose, its unique physiological activity and superiority has been widely used in many fields. The main way to get the xylitol is the chemical synthesis method, but the process needs to be improved to make it more economic and environmental protection. People all over the world with the continuous improvement of living standards, the market at home and abroad and domestic xylitol xylitol production grow with each passing day, 80% for export, sales in the domestic market has little development potential. The annual output of 10000 tons of single crystalline xylitol enterprise, technology and the nature of existing research on xylitol results, but the design for the production workshop are rarely reported. Therefore, the design of the annual output of 10000 tons of crystalline xylitol production workshop Design, another by-product of about 44% concentration of liquid xylitol 300 tons, so as to provide a reference for the future construction of the factory. The design procurement of xylose hydrogenation to produce xylitol, process for preparing purified water for adding alcohol in the process water, the development of green industry at the same time, greatly improving the yield and quality of products. In addition, using xylose as raw material the wastewater discharge amount is greatly reduced, the concentration of organic pollutants is significantly reduced. In the crystallization process, the process of vacuum material using compensatory continuous crystallization, crystallization time was reduced, making the product regardless of appearance or internal quality are greatly improved. The production process automation control, only a small amount of water, saving energy, is conducive to the protection of the environment. The design of the reference plant actual situation, access to a large number of documents and the standards on the basis of the study process, and then in detail The material balance, heat balance, the design and selection of main equipment. The other upon completion of the design on the drawing process flow diagram of production workshop, workshop layout drawings and production workshop elevation, in addition, the design based on 2D workshop plans on the design of the 3D Workshop on production a workshop, and the use of 3D printing technology to print out the workshop concept model, the equipment, pipeline layout is more intuitive. After accounting reform project is expected to total investment 79 million 100 thousand yuan, annual profit of 28 million 867 thousand and 800 yuan, the yield of the breakeven point is 1229.86 tons, only 12.30% of the design capacity, and safe operation rate is high, 3 years can be achieved within the investment recovery.
