市场与用户驱动的手写数字签名设备开发研究

【摘要】:面对当前“无纸化办公”存在的大量资源浪费以及网络信息环境在安全性上存在的巨大漏洞,市场中一些生物识别等电子办公产品自诞生以来就只关注于“软件、技术”提升,却没有站在行业市场的视角对人-机-环境进行细致地解析与研究。如何运用工业设计手段设计一款能够满足市场、客户需求的产品,是每个设计者在面对实际商业化项目中的重要课题,更是本文中需研究、解决的重点问题。 本文在市场与用户驱动下,结合市场分析法中的现有资料法、调研分析方法中的重点调查法的指导,先把具有间接竞争力的产品进行了对比分析,其中着重分析了日本的签名数位板、公司前期代理的产品,并发现目前存在的问题。其次,结合直接资料法,依据手写数字签名服务系统的产品定位,对整个行业市场进行分析与研究后,通过观察法、问卷调研法进行产品的用户调研,指出开发设备的可行性与必要性,并结合公司内部的设计要求,进一步帮助设计者明确在后期设计签名设备中存在的限制因素。再次,以人机工学为主、产品形态设计学为辅的相关知识理论指导下展开手写数字签名设备的创新设计工作。最后,对整个项目中的工作过程做出总结与分析,并从产品的连锁性价值等方面,阐述此次参与项目中所研发的手写数字签名设备带来的设计效益。 此款手写数字签名设备目前已投入市场使用,通过当前客户对设备的认可、满意度等方面,,验证了此研究课题在工业设计相关理论方法指导下成功设计了满足市场及用户需求的手写数字签名设备,使“非物化”的服务系统能与“物化”的签名设备巧妙结合,有效帮助企业提升竞争能力和市场应变力,更便于客户的使用与操作,也更有效的提高各行各业的办公效率。
[Abstract]:In the face of the waste of a large amount of resources existing in paperless office and the huge security loopholes in the network information environment, some electronic office products such as biometrics in the market have only focused on "software, technology" since their birth.But did not stand in the industry market angle of view to the human-machine-environment to carry on the detailed analysis and the research.How to use industrial design means to design a product that can meet the needs of the market and customers is an important topic for each designer in the face of actual commercial projects, and it is also the key problem to be studied and solved in this paper.In this paper, under the market and user driven, combined with the existing data method in the market analysis method and the guidance of the key investigation method in the research and analysis method, the indirect competitive products are first compared and analyzed.This paper mainly analyzes the signature digital board of Japan and the products of the company's pre-agency, and finds out the existing problems.Secondly, according to the product orientation of handwritten digital signature service system, after analyzing and researching the whole industry market, through the method of observation and questionnaire investigation, the author carries out the product user investigation.This paper points out the feasibility and necessity of developing equipment, and further helps the designer to clarify the limitation factors in the later design of signature equipment in combination with the internal design requirements of the company.Thirdly, the innovative design of handwritten digital signature equipment is carried out under the guidance of the related knowledge theory of ergonomics and product form design.Finally, the paper summarizes and analyzes the working process of the whole project, and expounds the design benefits of the handwritten digital signature equipment developed in this project from the aspects of the interlocking value of the product.This handwritten digital signature device has now been put into use in the market, through the current customer's approval of the device, satisfaction and other aspects,It is verified that under the guidance of the theory and method of industrial design, the handwritten digital signature equipment is successfully designed to meet the needs of the market and users. The "non-materialized" service system can be skillfully combined with the "materialized" signature equipment.Effectively help enterprises to enhance competitiveness and market resilience, more convenient for the use and operation of customers, but also more effective to improve the efficiency of various industries.
