基于人-机-环境适配约束的产品设计方法

【摘要】：本文对人-机-环境系统工程的发展历程和三者间的关系进行了介绍;在此基础上建立了产品设计中的人-机-环境适配约束模型,并提出了一种适用于一般工业产品的递进求解设计方法,通过逐步构建"使用者""产品""使用环境"三者间的单因素约束集合、双因素约束集合和三因素约束集合,最终求得产品设计的约束条件;最后按照约束条件并结合设计师自身能力进行产品设计创作。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development course of man-machine-environment system engineering and the relationship between them are introduced, and the human-machine-environment fit constraint model in product design is established.A progressive solution design method suitable for general industrial products is put forward. By gradually constructing the single factor constraint set, two factor constraint set and three factor constraint set between "user" and "product" and "use environment",Finally, the constraint condition of product design is obtained, and the product design creation is carried out according to the constraint condition and the designer's own ability.
