空调室外机环境优化功能叠加设计研究

【摘要】:急剧的工业化和城市化发展,导致生态环境被破坏,空气污染问题在我国近二十年集中爆发。我国发生多次大范围雾霾事件,引起了国内外广泛关注,pm2.5概念被人们广泛了解,其是当前我国空气污染的首要污染物。人们面临严峻的呼吸道疾病和其他健康风险,尤其是儿童和老人以及敏感人群。故本文针对在现如今空气污染严重的情况下如何缓解空气污染达到净化空气成为本设计的重点。本文首先对人们生活居住环境了解分析,发现空调具有极高的使用率、普及率以及分布范围广等特点,已经成为人们生活的一部分。秋冬既是空调使用的高峰季也正是雾霾的频发季。其次通过对空调室外机工作原理分析,发现空调室内机进行室内空气循环部分空调设有过滤装置,室外机进行室外空气循环均无过滤净化装置。室外机轴流风机运作为冷凝器散热达到热交换,其轴流风机组运作时机箱后进风、前出风会形成平行式空气流通,风流大压力低。本文围绕上述问题设计了一款空调室外机环境优化功能叠加设备,该设计主要依托于空气净化技术,以空调为载体利用空调室外机轴流风机运作产生的平行空气流通,对其功能深度挖掘增加过滤净化装置以达到滤除PM2.5净化空气的目的。这是一公益行为,为了呼吁全民参与并且增加用户粘性,以有偿方式、设立"绿色账户"的方式激励用户可自行维护、更换过滤净化装置拿到相应公益兑换点兑换新的过滤净化装置,并获得相应绿色积分,此积分可换取生活用品。最终形成一完整的环境公益系统,营造一个绿色、健康的生活环境,优良的空气质量可与经济发展并行不悖。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the ecological environment has been destroyed.The concept of pm2.5 has been widely known because of the occurrence of many large-scale haze events in China, which is the primary pollutant of air pollution in China.People face severe respiratory diseases and other health risks, especially children and the elderly and sensitive populations.Therefore, this paper focuses on how to reduce air pollution and purify air under the condition of serious air pollution.This paper first analyzes the living environment of people, and finds that air conditioning has the characteristics of high utilization rate, popularization rate and wide distribution, which has become a part of people's life.Autumn and winter are not only the peak season of air conditioning use, but also the frequent season of haze.Secondly, through the analysis of the working principle of outdoor air conditioning unit, it is found that the indoor air circulation part of the indoor air conditioning unit is equipped with filter device, and the outdoor air circulation unit has no filter and purification device.The axial flow fan of the outdoor unit operates as a condenser heat dissipation to achieve heat exchange, and its axial flow wind unit operates in the back of the chassis, the front and out air will form parallel air circulation, and the large air flow pressure will be low.This paper designs a superposition equipment for the optimization of outdoor air conditioning environment around the above problems. The design mainly relies on air purification technology and uses air conditioning as the carrier to use the parallel air circulation generated by the operation of the axial flow fan of the outdoor unit of the air conditioning unit.In order to filter the air with PM2.5, the filter equipment is added to the function depth mining.This is a commonweal act that calls for universal participation and increases user stickiness and encourages users to maintain themselves by setting up "green accounts" on a paid basis.Replace the filter purification device to get the corresponding commonweal exchange point to exchange the new filter purification device, and get the corresponding green integral, this integral can be exchanged for daily necessities.Finally, a complete environmental public welfare system is formed to create a green and healthy living environment, and good air quality can go hand in hand with economic development.
