负载镍聚偏氟乙烯混合膜的制备及其活化过硫酸钠降解酸性紫FBL

【摘要】:采用溶解-相转化法制备负载镍的聚偏氟乙烯混合膜,利用扫描电镜、热重和X射线衍射对膜进行表征。以酸性紫FBL为目标污染物,比较不同体系降解性能,研究了膜活化过硫酸钠降解酸性紫FBL的性能。考察了过硫酸钠氧化剂浓度和初始污染物浓度对酸性紫FBL降解的影响,并进行膜重复实验使用性能测试。结果表明:氧化剂的浓度、初始污染物浓度均与降解效果有关;活化剂重复使用4次,降解150min,酸性紫FBL降解率仍达90.3%。同时用紫外光谱考察酸性紫FBL的降解过程。
[Abstract]:Poly (vinylidene fluoride) mixed films loaded with nickel were prepared by dissolution-phase inversion method. The films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry and X-ray diffraction.The degradation of acid violet (FBL) by membrane activated sodium persulfate was studied by comparing the degradation performance of different systems with acid violet FBL as the target pollutant.The effects of sodium persulfate oxidant concentration and initial pollutant concentration on the degradation of acid violet FBL were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of oxidant and the initial concentration of pollutants were all related to the degradation effect, and the degradation rate of acid violet FBL was still 90.3% when the activator was reused for 4 times and degraded for 150 min.At the same time, the degradation process of acid violet FBL was investigated by UV spectrum.
