汽车燃油泵叶轮结构对噪声影响的研究

【摘要】:燃油泵是汽车供油系统的关键部件,是EFI(汽车电子燃料注入)系统中的重要元件,燃油泵的性能影响发动机的启动性能、运行状态、排放等。在日益强调汽车的节能环保以及操纵的灵活性、乘坐的舒适性、乘车人员的安全性的今天,作为发动机重要组成的电动燃油泵,对发动机的这些性能有着很大的影响。汽车燃油泵噪声问题是影响汽车乘坐舒适度的主要因素之一,燃油泵的噪声问题和燃油泵的结构有关,针对这些问题,本文对燃油泵噪声和泵油效率展开了研究,对汽车燃油泵结构工艺的设计具有重要的意义。 本文运用丹麦BK公司PULSE Labshop软件,结合FLUENT数值仿真模拟软件,对不同结构的燃油泵叶轮单元展开研究,完成的主要研究工作如下: (1)油泵噪声试验;运用丹麦BK公司PULSE Labshop软件在半消声室模拟实际工况测量油泵噪声,并通过几何参数测试确定了造成投诉件燃油泵噪声问题的因素; (2)从理论上对叶轮噪声的产生机理进行研究;确定了叶轮结构与其旋转噪声、涡流噪声有密切联系; (3)建立油泵叶轮单元的三维仿真模型;利用CFD软件FLUENT对不同结构的燃油泵叶轮单元进行仿真分析;燃油泵的不同结构参数分析包括叶片数目分别为9、18、47、54四种结构参数下的流场和噪声声功率级分布情况,叶片与水平面分别呈90度、45度、和30度的三种不同叶片分布的流场和噪声声功率级分布; (4)分析仿真计算结果;分析仿真计算结果发现,合理的油泵叶轮叶片角度设计应兼顾速度场分布的均匀度和矢量合成后的旋转噪声值大小。
[Abstract]:The fuel pump is the key component of auto fuel system, EFI (electronic fuel injection) is an important component in the system, the fuel pump performance affects the engine starting performance, operation state, emission etc. in energy saving and environmental protection has increasingly emphasized the automobile and operational flexibility, ride comfort, the safety of the passengers today, as the electric fuel pump is the important part of the engine, has a great influence on the performance of the engine. The problem of automobile fuel pump noise is one of the main factors affecting vehicle ride comfort, the noise of the fuel pump and fuel pump structure about the problem, to solve these problems, this paper researches on the fuel pump and noise oil pump efficiency, has important significance for design of automobile fuel pump structure technology.
In this paper, the PULSE Labshop software of Danish BK company and FLUENT numerical simulation software are used to study the fuel pump impeller units with different structures. The main research works are as follows:
(1) the noise test of the oil pump. The PULSE Labshop software of Denmark BK company was used to simulate the actual working condition in the semi anechoic room to measure the noise of the oil pump, and the factors causing the noise of the fuel pump of the complaint part were determined through geometric parameter test.
(2) the mechanism of the impeller noise is studied theoretically, and it is determined that the impeller structure is closely related to the rotating noise and the eddy noise.
(3) building three-dimensional simulation model of pump impeller unit; simulation analysis of fuel pump impeller unit with different structure by using CFD software FLUENT; analysis of different structure parameters of the fuel pump includes the number of blades were 9,18,47,54 four kinds of structural parameters of the flow field and noise power level distribution, and there were 90 leaf level degrees, 45 degrees, 30 degrees and three different blade distribution of flow field and noise sound power level distribution;
(4) the results of simulation analysis are analyzed. The simulation results show that the uniformity of velocity field distribution and the rotation noise value after vector synthesis should be taken into account in reasonable design of impeller angle of oil pump.
