八杆机构在双层袋包装机中的动力学应用分析

【摘要】:在灌装工位设计了一种适用于黄皮纸袋(单层袋)或者纸塑复合袋(双层袋)的同步开袋机构,实现了黄皮纸外袋和塑料薄膜内袋的同步开袋和封袋,从而解决单层袋/双层袋灌装包装生产线设计中如何同步开袋顺利灌装难题。利用机构学中平面多杆机构可以实现特定运动轨迹的思想,设计了一种在单个动力源作用下使末端两执行连杆动作同步的八杆机构。基于Adams软件的动力学仿真分析,当机构以不同速度运转时,得到动力学特性符合设计要求。仿真分析得到的两末梢执行连杆位移与制作实物试验结果保持一致,从而验证基于八杆机构设计出的这种面向单层袋或者双层袋的同步开袋机构性能稳定。
[Abstract]:A synchronous bag opening mechanism suitable for yellow paper bag (single layer bag) or paper plastic composite bag (double layer bag) was designed at filling station. The synchronous opening and sealing of yellow paper outer bag and plastic film inner bag were realized. In order to solve the single bag / double bag filling packaging production line design how to simultaneously open the bag smoothly filling problem. Based on the idea that the planar multi-bar mechanism can realize the specific motion trajectory, an eight-bar mechanism is designed to synchronize the two end linkage movements under the action of a single power source. Based on the dynamic simulation analysis of Adams software, when the mechanism runs at different speeds, the dynamic characteristics meet the design requirements. The displacement of the two end actuators obtained by simulation is consistent with the experimental results, and the performance of the synchronous bagging mechanism which is designed based on the eight-bar mechanism is proved to be stable.
