基于仿真的PET带锥面组合输送轮的设计与优化

【摘要】:目的基于大量工业纤维及棉花包装的需要,针对性提出一种新型PET带传送装备。方法设计一种锥面组合输送轮机构,并利用Adams和Ansys Workbench对组合输送轮机构的锥面锥角和施加的压力做出分析与优化。结果仿真分析结果表明:锥轮锥角的角度在9°时,压力选取为30 N,既能满足穿带的需求,也可以有效减缓相应的应力集中和振动强度。结论对不同的锥面组合输送轮机构,应当慎重的选择锥面锥角和施加压力。
[Abstract]:Aim to propose a new type of PET belt transport equipment based on the needs of a large number of industrial fiber and cotton packaging. Methods A kind of conical combined conveying wheel mechanism was designed, and the conical cone angle and the applied pressure of the combined conveying wheel mechanism were analyzed and optimized by Adams and Ansys Workbench. Results the simulation results show that when the angle of cone angle is 9 掳and the pressure is 30 N, it can not only meet the requirement of belt penetration, but also effectively reduce the corresponding stress concentration and vibration intensity. Conclusion the conical angle and pressure should be carefully selected for different conical combined conveying wheel mechanisms.
