噪声监测系统传声器的温度特性实验研究

【摘要】:针对温度变化引起传声器性能改变,导致噪声测量结果出现误差的问题。该文在研究现有性能评价方法和户外传声器结构的基础上,讨论温度对传声器膜片张力的影响因素,然后对电容传声器膜片进行热应变有限元分析,并选用3只不同传声器进行温度环境实验,得出在实验温度范围-20~50℃内,传声器灵敏度和频响随温度变化的特性曲线。实验表明:有限元结果与环境实验结果相结合,对户外传声器的设计制造和使用具有一定的理论指导意义。
[Abstract]:The change of microphone performance caused by temperature change leads to the error of noise measurement results. On the basis of studying the existing performance evaluation methods and the structure of outdoor microphone, this paper discusses the influence factors of temperature on the tension of the diaphragm of microphone, and then carries out thermal strain finite element analysis on the diaphragm of capacitive microphone. Three different microphones were selected to carry out the temperature environment experiments, and the characteristic curves of the sensitivity and frequency response of the microphone varied with the temperature in the experimental temperature range of -20 ~ 50 鈩,
