高精度JR数码电子雷管在露天矿山开采中的应用

【摘要】:将保利久联高精度JR数码电子雷管用于贵州省晴隆县某露天矿山开采试验,并与塑料导爆管雷管的爆破振动和爆破块度进行对比分析,结果表明,在露天矿爆破中采用高精度JR数码电子雷管比塑料导爆管雷管爆破质点振动速度峰值降低了28.76%,振动主频提升了47.30%;爆破块度方面0~20cm增加了17.44%、20~40cm降低了7.23%、40~60cm降低14.97%、60~80cm降低19.02%。采用JR数码电子雷管能有效减小爆破振动危害,降低了爆破大块率,提高现场挖掘和装载效率,减少二次破碎,保证了工期,进而使得整体施工成本得以降低,确保了整体的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the JR digital electronic detonator with high precision is used in mining test of an open pit mine in Qinglong County, Guizhou Province. The blasting vibration and blasting fragmentation of plastic detonator are compared and analyzed. The results show that, In opencast blasting, the peak vibration velocity of blasting particle with high precision Jr digital detonator is reduced by 28.76 and the main frequency of vibration is increased by 47.300.The 0~20cm of blasting block is increased by 17.4444 / 2040cm and reduced by 7.2340/ 40/ 60cm and 14.976080cm / 14.9760cm and 19.02cm, respectively. The use of Jr digital electronic detonator can effectively reduce the damage of blasting vibration, reduce the rate of blasting chunks, improve the efficiency of excavating and loading on site, reduce the secondary breakage, ensure the construction period, and thus reduce the overall construction cost. The overall economic benefits are ensured.
