颗粒包装秤定量速度最大化试验与分析

【摘要】:目的使颗粒包装秤定量速度最大化。方法从减小定量周期的角度分析影响定量速度的主要因素,利用DB8320型立式颗粒包装秤设置不同给料速度和粗、精给料切换方式进行多组实验。根据实验结果用Matlab软件曲线拟合出各变量之间的非线性回归方程,并由已知参数和定量周期公式计算出粗、精给料量和给料速度,设置包装秤为该最佳给料方式再次称量,并与不同方式下的测量数据进行对比分析。结果实验结果表明采用上述给料方式后称量10 kg丝苗米平均定量周期为5.48 s、精度为0.29%。结论优化的给料方式能在保证精度要求的同时明显提高了定量速度。
[Abstract]:Objective to maximize the quantitative speed of granule packing scale. Methods the main factors affecting the quantitative speed were analyzed from the angle of reducing the quantitative period. The experiments were carried out by using DB8320 vertical grain packing scale to set different feed speed and coarse, and fine feed switching mode. According to the experimental results, the nonlinear regression equations among the variables were fitted by the Matlab software curve, and the coarse, fine feed quantity and feed speed were calculated by the known parameters and the quantitative period formula, and the packing scale was set up as the reweighing of the best feeding mode. And the measurement data in different ways are compared and analyzed. Results the experimental results showed that the average quantitative period of 10kg silk seedling rice was 5.48 s and the precision was 0.29 s. Conclusion the optimized feeding method can improve the quantitative speed while ensuring the precision.
