基于法规和人机工程的整车总布置参数化建模方法与应用研究

【摘要】:整车总布置设计是一项从构思、设计到装车验证的复杂系统工程,整车总布置工作需要考虑整车强制性法规、行业标准、工程约束关系以及人机工程等要求。整车总布置设计也是一个多方案设计选择过程和反复设计评审过程。在初始设计阶段,工程师在进行方案构思时,需要根据经验进行判断和选择,参考类似车型的设计。随着设计工作的深入,考虑到造型风格、零部件功能、整车性能等要求,对于整车总布置参数的调整和优化非常频繁。若不及时调整或者更新有误,对于整车总布置会带来非常大的工作量,存在非常重大的设计风险,直至设计失误。本文通过对于整车总布置中重要布置参数和人机参数的参数化研究,以及对于人机工程学的经验总结和整车强制性法规的梳理,根据总布置和人机工程参数的更新变化,直接关联相关的整车法规要求和人机工程边界约束条件的更新变化,将整车强制性法规要求和人机工程边界约束要求,转化为参数化模块化的校核模型,应用于整车总布置设计开发过程中。可大大提高整车总布置设计工作效率及质量,缩短设计开发周期。
[Abstract]:Vehicle layout design is a complex system engineering from conception, design to vehicle loading verification. The overall layout of the vehicle needs to consider the requirements of mandatory regulations, industry standards, engineering constraints and ergonomics. Vehicle layout design is also a multi-project design selection process and repeated design review process. In the initial design stage, engineers need to judge and select according to their experience, referring to the design of similar models. With the deepening of the design work, considering the requirements of modeling style, parts function, vehicle performance and so on, the adjustment and optimization of the overall layout parameters of the whole vehicle is very frequent. If there is an error in adjusting or updating in time, the overall layout of the vehicle will bring a very large workload, there is a very significant design risk, until the design mistakes. Based on the parameterized research of important layout parameters and man-machine parameters in the overall layout of the vehicle, as well as the summary of the experience of ergonomics and the combing of the mandatory laws and regulations of the whole vehicle, according to the update of the general layout and the parameters of ergonomics, Directly related to the requirements of the vehicle regulations and the update of the ergonomics boundary constraints, the mandatory requirements of the vehicle and the requirements of the ergonomic boundary constraints are transformed into a parameterized modular checking model. It is used in the design and development of the overall layout of the vehicle. Can greatly improve the overall layout design efficiency and quality, shorten the design and development cycle.
