一种翻车机液压系统故障诊断规则提取

【摘要】:针对在少故障样本情况下,建立状态识别决策表时数据离散化的阈值难以确定的问题,提出了将系统正常工作时状态参数变化区间的边界值作为状态参数离散化阈值来建立液压系统故障识别决策表,以此处理某型翻车机液压系统故障识别问题。应用粗糙集理论对建立的决策表进行属性约简,得到系统故障诊断的简化规则,并将这些规则存入故障诊断专家系统的知识库中用于系统故障识别。专家系统的现场诊断结果表明,应用该方法提取的故障诊断规则具有较高的鲁棒性。
[Abstract]:In the case of few fault samples, it is difficult to determine the threshold of data discretization when establishing the decision table of state recognition. In this paper, a fault identification decision table of hydraulic system is established by taking the boundary value of the variation interval of state parameters as the discrete threshold of state parameters to deal with the problem of fault identification of hydraulic system of a certain type of dumper. Rough set theory is applied to attribute reduction of the decision table, and the simplified rules of fault diagnosis are obtained, and these rules are stored in the knowledge base of fault diagnosis expert system for system fault identification. The field diagnosis results of the expert system show that the fault diagnosis rules extracted by this method are robust.
