制冷剂R1234yf水合物的试验研究

【摘要】:蓄冷技术是为了面对能源紧张匮乏的形势而兴起的一门新型节能优化技术。由于环保等一系列原因,研究新型蓄冷工质尤为重要,新一代制冷剂R1234yf因其环保特性及良好的系统性能而受到广泛关注。本文采用图像法在反应釜内通过控制反应体系温度对R1234yf水合物进行了相平衡测试,并与R134a水合物的蓄冷特性进行比较分析。结果表明:R1234yf比R134a的蓄冷速率快、诱导时间短、蓄冷特性强;设定温度在5~10℃范围内,R1234yf水合物的相变压力略高于R134a水合物的相变压力;R1234yf水合物生成驱动力的绝对值随反应体系压力升高和温度降低而增大。
[Abstract]:Cold storage technology is a new energy-saving optimization technology rising in the face of energy shortage. Due to a series of reasons such as environmental protection, it is particularly important to study the new refrigerant, R1234yf, which is widely concerned because of its environmental protection characteristics and good system performance. In this paper, the phase equilibrium of R1234yf hydrate was measured by controlling the reaction system temperature in the reactor by image method, and compared with that of R134a hydrate. The results show that the cold storage rate of 1: R1234yf is faster than that of R134a, the induction time is shorter, and the characteristic of cold storage is stronger than that of R134a. The phase transition pressure of R1234yf hydrate is slightly higher than that of R134a hydrate at 5 ~ 10 鈩,
