高速瓦楞机流场仿真分析及节能优化

【摘要】:随着瓦楞纸板生产设备的快速发展,在绿色经济的发展趋势下,作为瓦楞纸板生产线核心机器的瓦楞机只有向着高效节能的方向发展,才能够获得更大的发展空间。因此,自主研发出高速高档的瓦楞机对于我国瓦楞纸板行业具有重大意义。本文针对瓦楞机对瓦楞纸板生产技术进行研究,根据企业自主研发的高速瓦楞机在实际生产时出现的问题,对高速瓦楞机的相关设计结构进行分析,结合瓦楞机实际生产时的相关参数和数据,采用有限元仿真和数学建模的方法对瓦楞机中出现的生产问题进行分析和计算,找到问题根源。最后通过改进瓦楞机的相关设计解决瓦楞机在生产过程中出现的问题并对瓦楞机进行节能改造,提高其生产效率,节约能源。本文通过FLUENT仿真平台对导纸压力腔的实际工况进行模拟分析,得到了在工作过程中导纸压力腔内的速度和压力分布情况,并结合相关工艺要求对导纸压力腔进行了结构优化,最终得到了满足高速瓦楞机工艺要求的导纸压力腔结构。建立了高速瓦楞机蒸汽系统进行数学建模,得到蒸汽汽路流量和压降模型,通过对传统和旧式改造瓦楞机中的故障进行问题分析,并结合实际数据对问题进行计算验证,找到了故障原因所在,最后通过合理布置系统汽路解决传统和旧式方案中疏水不畅问题,优化高速瓦楞机蒸汽汽路并且提高蒸汽利效率。全文通过对瓦楞机进行分析和计算,提出相关优化建议及改进方案,为研发高效节能的单面瓦楞机提供理论依据和参考数据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of corrugated paperboard production equipment, under the development trend of green economy, corrugated machine, as the core machine of corrugated paperboard production line, can only develop in the direction of high efficiency and energy saving. Therefore, the independent development of high-speed and high-grade corrugated machine for our corrugated board industry has great significance. In this paper, the corrugated board production technology is studied for corrugated machine, and the related design structure of the high-speed corrugated machine is analyzed according to the problems in the actual production of the high-speed corrugated machine developed independently by the enterprise. Combined with the relevant parameters and data of corrugated machine in actual production, finite element simulation and mathematical modeling are used to analyze and calculate the production problems in corrugated machine, and to find out the root of the problem. Finally, the problems of corrugated machine in the production process are solved by improving the corrugated machine design, and the corrugated machine is reformed to improve the production efficiency and save energy. In this paper, the actual working conditions of the guide paper pressure chamber are simulated and analyzed by FLUENT simulation platform, the velocity and pressure distribution in the guide paper pressure chamber are obtained, and the structure of the guide paper pressure chamber is optimized according to the relevant process requirements. Finally, the structure of guide paper pressure chamber is obtained to meet the requirements of high speed corrugated machine. The mathematical model of steam system of high-speed corrugated machine is established, and the steam flow and pressure drop model are obtained. The problems of traditional and old corrugated machine are analyzed, and the problems are calculated and verified by combining with actual data. Finally, the problem of hydrophobic problem in traditional and old schemes is solved by reasonably arranging the steam path of the system, the steam path of high speed corrugated machine is optimized and the steam profit efficiency is improved. Based on the analysis and calculation of corrugated machine, the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization and improvement, which provides theoretical basis and reference data for the research and development of high efficiency and energy saving single-sided corrugated machine.
