薄膜表面装饰成型设备控制系统设计

【摘要】：根据薄膜表面装饰工艺流程,采用西门子S7-200系列PLC对薄膜表面装饰设备的控制系统进行设计。首先根据程序流程图和顺序功能图,编写了PLC手动操作程序和自动操作程序,其中,自动操作程序分为连续循环和单周期。再通过热继电器和故障显示灯,实现电机的故障报错,最后采用力控软件对上位机界面进行仿真分析,其仿真结果能够较好的表现出整个薄膜表面装饰设备贴膜过程。
[Abstract]:According to the film surface decoration process, the SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC is used to design the control system of the film surface decoration equipment. First, according to the program flow chart and the sequence function diagram, the PLC manual operation program and the automatic operation program are written. The automatic operation program is divided into a continuous cycle and a single cycle. Then the thermal relay is passed through the thermal relay. The fault display light is used to realize the fault reporting of the motor. Finally, the simulation analysis of the upper computer interface is carried out by the force control software. The simulation results can better show the film coating process of the whole film surface decoration equipment.
