基于MCGS的中央空调控制系统设计与应用

【摘要】:随着人们对工作和居住环境要求的提升,中央空调的应用越来越广泛。中央空调的大范围应用一方面改善了人们的生活质量,另一方面给节能减排带来了可观效益。因此,其应用范围已经从以往的商业、工业领域转向民用住宅、办公楼宇等,逐渐与日常生活息息相关。有数据统计,国内超六成中高档楼宇安装了中央空调,而中央空调系统能耗占据整个建筑能耗一半以上。合理控制中央空调系统、限制空调能耗已经成为建筑节能的一个发展方向。 传统空调系统采用分散控制,与控制算法结合程度不高,对系统的操作繁琐并且控制精度差,难以达到节约能源的作用。本论文主要研究了PID控制器的构成,调节规律和控制规则,并结合MCGS组态软件和PID控制算法,对空调系统实现了集中控制。同时对中央空调结构和机组运行原理进行了简介,对于本系统如何运用到MCGS组态软件完成上位机设计和外部设备连接做了详尽说明;针对中央空调系统的特点,,采用常规PID控制策略,编写MCGS控制脚本程序时结合了PID控制算法,实现了PID控制在程序中的应用。在对系统进行调试和现场运行试验中系统工作正常。结果表明,在中央空调控制系统中,PID控制器具有良好的适应性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of working and living environment, the application of central air-conditioning is more and more extensive. On the one hand, the wide application of central air conditioning improves people's quality of life, on the other hand, it brings considerable benefits to energy saving and emission reduction. Therefore, its application scope has changed from the past commercial, the industrial domain to the civilian residence, the office building and so on, gradually is closely related with the daily life. According to statistics, more than 60% of the buildings in China have installed central air conditioning, and the energy consumption of central air conditioning system accounts for more than half of the energy consumption of the whole building. Reasonable control of central air-conditioning system and restriction of air-conditioning energy consumption have become a development direction of building energy-saving. The traditional air conditioning system adopts decentralized control, which is not highly combined with the control algorithm, and the operation of the system is cumbersome and the control precision is poor, so it is difficult to achieve the function of energy saving. In this paper, the composition, regulation law and control rules of PID controller are studied. Combined with MCGS configuration software and PID control algorithm, centralized control of air conditioning system is realized. At the same time, the structure of central air conditioning and the operation principle of the unit are introduced in detail, and how to use the MCGS configuration software to complete the design of upper computer and the connection of external equipment is described in detail, and the characteristics of the central air conditioning system are pointed out. Using the conventional PID control strategy, the application of PID control in the program is realized by combining the PID control algorithm when writing the MCGS control script program. The system works normally in debugging and field running test. The results show that the pid controller has good adaptability in the central air conditioning control system.
