制造车间基于RFID与CEP的工件实时监测

【摘要】:为解决智慧制造车间工件异常情况的实时监测问题,以及追踪工件加工过程的轨迹,提出基于RFID与复杂事件处理的实时监测方法.基于信息物理融合系统理念构建智慧制造车间的感知环境和定义各类事件模型,采用基于SMURF的综合方法清洗RFID数据,应用复杂事件处理技术监听工件的异常情况,并形成工件实时状态矩阵.仿真实验证明,该系统可以实现预期功能,为智慧制造车间的主动调度提供依据.
[Abstract]:A real-time monitoring method based on RFID and complex event processing is proposed to solve the problem of real-time monitoring of workpiece anomalies in intelligent manufacturing workshop and to track the track of workpiece machining process. Based on the concept of information physics fusion system, the perceptual environment of intelligent manufacturing workshop is constructed and all kinds of event models are defined. The RFID data are cleaned by comprehensive method based on SMURF, and the abnormal situation of workpiece is monitored by complex event processing technology. And form the real-time state matrix of the workpiece. The simulation results show that the system can achieve the expected function and provide the basis for active scheduling of intelligent manufacturing workshop.
