影响包装产品覆膜强度的工艺因素研究

【摘要】:目的定性并定量地分析影响覆膜产品复合强度的主要因素,提出覆膜过程中应注意的问题和利于提高复合强度的建议。方法采用数学分析中的正交试验法,试图找到最佳覆膜工艺参数,以提高覆膜强度。结果直观最优工艺参数方案为复合温度90℃、复合压力20 MPa、复合速度800 r/min;位级最优工艺参数方案为复合温度80℃、复合压力20 MPa、复合速度800 r/min;可能最优工艺参数方案为复合温度80℃、复合压力25 MPa、复合速度800 r/min。合理的工艺选择范围是平印印刷品的墨层厚度在0~3μm时适宜选择覆膜加工;复合温度一般为85~95℃,墨层较厚时还应适当提高;复合压力为20~30 MPa;复合速度为500~700 r/min。结论通过选择最佳覆膜工艺参数,有效提高了包装印品覆膜强度。
