小波分解下煤矿立井爆破振动信号Hilbert谱分析

【摘要】:以兖矿集团万福煤矿主立井井筒掘进工程为依托,提出了新的井壁振动监测方案,并对井筒基岩段周边眼不同爆破方案下井壁的振动响应强度进行了分析。通过小波分解与Hilbert时频谱组合方法,采用db5小波将信号进行7层分解,对小波各层重构子信号进行Hilbert谱表征,揭示了爆破振动信号不同频带的能量分布特征。结果表明:切缝药包有显著的"减振"、"削峰"、"吸能"、和"移频"效应。
[Abstract]:Based on the main shaft excavation project of Wanfu Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mine, a new shaft vibration monitoring scheme is put forward, and the vibration response intensity of the shaft wall under different blasting plans for the surrounding hole in the rock base section of the shaft is analyzed. Through the combination of wavelet decomposition and Hilbert time-frequency spectrum, the signal is decomposed into seven layers by db5 wavelet, and the reconstructed sub-signal of each layer is characterized by Hilbert spectrum. The energy distribution characteristics of different frequency bands of blasting vibration signal are revealed. The results show that the slit cartridge has obvious effects of "vibration absorption", "peak cutting", "energy absorption" and "frequency shift".
