服务于产品开发的三角形情绪描述及判别机制

【摘要】:目的研究消费者在产品测试中的情绪状态,以判断产品走向市场后的销售预期。方法通过对面部肌肉结构的解剖和面部器官运动规律的分析,抽象出三角形模型来描述情绪状态变化。定量测算三角形模型的特征值,来定性判别不同的情绪状态。结果不同情绪状态下的面部表情,对应着唯一的三角形模型特征值,即m数组,可有效判别测试者的情绪状态。结论提出了产品带给消费者情绪状态变化的判别机制,可判断消费者对产品的喜好状态及产品的销售预期,研究结果同样可为商业市场环境内的商品销售预期研究提供有效的判断依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the emotional state of consumers in product testing to judge the sales expectation after the product entering the market. Methods by analyzing the anatomy of facial muscle structure and the movement of facial organs, the triangular model was abstracted to describe the changes of emotional state. The characteristic values of triangle model are measured quantitatively to judge different emotional states qualitatively. Results the facial expressions in different emotional states correspond to the unique characteristic value of triangle model, that is, m array, which can effectively distinguish the emotional state of the subjects. Conclusion the discriminant mechanism of the change of consumer's emotional state brought by product is put forward, which can judge the consumer's preference for the product and the sales expectation of the product. The results can also provide an effective basis for the study of commodity sales expectation in the commercial market environment.
