大规模定制环境下基于工艺相似性的工时模块化方法研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,人类物质和文明水平逐步提高,现代市场环境发生了巨大的变化,越来越丰富的商品供应带来了越来越激烈的市场竞争,同时也促进了顾客需求的多样化。为了满足顾客需求和赢得市场竞争,企业不得不生产定制化、个性化的产品,同时又要满足周期短、低成本和高质量的要求。大规模定制(MassCustomization)生产模式在一定程度上满足这些需求,但由于产品多样化和定制化带来的生产工艺的差异化与生产过程的动态化、复杂化,使得企业在定制产品时间研究方面面临巨大的挑战,传统的工时定额方法已经难以适应MC生产模式,难以精确高效的制定产品工时定额,,从而导致产品交货期难以准确预测。因此,为满足MC生产环境下的竞争需求,企业必须寻求一种准确高效的制定产品工时定额的方法。 本文在分析MC生产模式特点及其对工时定额提出的新要求的基础上,结合企业现行工时定额方法的局限性,提出了工时模块化方法,旨在解决工时定额难以快速准确制定的难题。该方法的突出特点是:充分考虑大规模定制环境对工时定额的影响,根据模块化理论和工艺相似性技术,运用数据重用的思想,高效率、低成本的制定出企业各种定制产品及其零部件的制造时间定额;从产品制造过程出发,将工时载体作为划分工时模块的依据,改变了传统的以制造工序及操作动作为研究对象的模式,将工时制定的出发点从工序层向制造过程的上游移动,使得工时定额的制定从思想上和过程上都更简单化。该方法的整体思想为将模块化融会贯通于整个工时模块构建至集成的过程中。 工时模块化过程也是工时定额制定的过程。第一,根据工艺相似性,构建面向产品族和零件组的逻辑工时模块和实体工时模块;第二,为了便于检索匹配,根据各类工时模块的特点,采用不同的编码方法;第三,确定各类工时模块的检索和重用原则;第四,为了快速准确的获得定制产品的工时定额,采用神经网络技术建立各类工时模块的工时模型;第五,根据产品制造过程,确定工时模块的集成规则;第六,规范工时模块库的结构,提出工时模块库的两个层次的维护方法;最后,通过企业案例阐述工时模块化方法的具体实施过程。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the level of human material and civilization has been gradually improved, the modern market environment has undergone tremendous changes, more and more rich commodity supply has brought more and more fierce market competition, but also promoted the diversification of customer demand. In order to meet the needs of customers and win market competition, enterprises have to produce customized, personalized products, but also to meet the requirements of short cycle, low cost and high quality. Mass customization (Mass customization) production mode meets these requirements to some extent, but the differentiation of production process and the dynamic production process are complicated by the diversification and customization of products. Enterprises are faced with great challenges in the research of customized product time. The traditional man-hour quota method has been difficult to adapt to the MC production model, and it is difficult to accurately and efficiently formulate the product man-hour quota, resulting in the product delivery date is difficult to predict accurately. Therefore, in order to meet the competition demand of MC production environment, enterprises must seek an accurate and efficient method to formulate the product man-hour quota. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of MC production mode and the new requirements for man-hour quota, this paper puts forward the method of man-hour modularization, combining with the limitation of the present method of man-hour quota in enterprises. The aim is to solve the problem that the quota of working hours is difficult to set quickly and accurately. The prominent features of this method are: fully considering the influence of mass customization environment on man-hour quota, according to modularization theory and process similarity technology, using the idea of data reuse, high efficiency, The manufacturing time quota of all kinds of custom-made products and their parts are worked out at low cost, and the man-hour carrier is taken as the basis for dividing the man-hour module from the product manufacturing process. The traditional mode of taking manufacturing process and operation action as the research object is changed, and the starting point of man-hour formulation is moved from the working procedure layer to the upstream of manufacturing process, which makes the formulation of man-hour quota more simple in thought and process. The whole idea of this method is to integrate the modularization into the whole man-hour module. The man-hour modularization process is also the man-hour quota formulation process. First, according to the process similarity, the logical man-hour module and the entity man-hour module for product family and parts group are constructed. Secondly, different coding methods are adopted according to the characteristics of various man-hour modules in order to facilitate retrieval and matching. Determine the principle of retrieval and reuse of all kinds of man-hour modules; fourth, in order to quickly and accurately obtain the man-hour quota of customized products, use neural network technology to establish man-hour models of various man-hour modules; fifthly, according to the manufacturing process of products, Determine the integration rules of the man-hour module; sixth, standardize the structure of the man-hour module library, put forward two levels of maintenance methods of the man-hour module library; finally, explain the concrete implementation process of the man-hour modularization method through the enterprise cases.
