制冷压缩机用单相感应电动机的设计

【摘要】:目前制冷压缩机每年都要消耗大量的电能,而制冷压缩机用单相异步电动机的效率则直接影响到制冷压缩机及空调系统的能效比,同时它对节能降耗也有着很大的影响,所以对单相异步电机进行优化设计就显得尤为重要了。因此电机设计工作者非常重视电机的优化模型及优化设计方法等问题。 本文的研究对象是制冷压缩机用高效率单相电容运转式异步电机,通过理论分析、数值计算以及试验研究相结合的方法,,对制冷压缩机用电容运转电机的设计过程、仿真进行了详细的分析,制造出了一台新规电机并对其进行了测试。本文首先概述了制冷压缩机的相关发展历程、现状,介绍了制冷压缩机电动机的选配原则,并对单相异步电机的基本结构和运行原理做了详细分析;然后根据制冷压缩机用单相异步电动机的使用要求及其设计特点,在量产样机转子参数不变的情况下,对量产样机的定子进行了优化设计,主要针对定子轭部的切边形式、定子绕组的参数及定子槽型分别进行了改动,并在量产样机分析的基础上,提出了新规电机的设计思路,随后采用Ansoft的RMxprt磁路分析软件分别对量产样机及新规电机进行了电磁计算,并运用Ansoft的Maxwell2D有限元分析软件分别对量产样机及新规电机进行了建模仿真,并对量产样机及新规电机的仿真结果进行了对比分析;最后依据本文提出的设计方案,对新规电机进行了试制,并对新规电机的相关性能进行了测试,以验证本文设计思路的正确性,并结合实际测试结果与理论分析结果相比较,提出下一步的改善措施。 本文设计的新规电机与量产样机比较的结果表明:新规电机的磁路设计合理,输出性能良好,效率比量产样机高出1.5个百分点,达到了预期的设计要求,研究结果具有较高的实用价值。
[Abstract]:At present, the refrigeration compressor consumes a lot of electric energy every year, and the efficiency of the single-phase asynchronous motor used in the refrigeration compressor has a direct impact on the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration compressor and the air conditioning system. At the same time, it also has a great impact on the energy saving and consumption reduction. So it is very important to optimize the design of single-phase asynchronous motor. Therefore, motor designers attach great importance to the optimization model and design methods. The research object of this paper is the high efficiency single-phase capacitor operated asynchronous motor used in refrigeration compressor. Through the combination of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and experimental study, the design process of capacitor motor for refrigeration compressor is introduced. The simulation results show that a new motor is manufactured and tested. In this paper, the development history and current situation of refrigeration compressor are summarized, the principle of motor selection is introduced, and the basic structure and operation principle of single-phase asynchronous motor are analyzed in detail. Then, according to the requirements and design features of single-phase asynchronous motor for refrigeration compressor, the stator of mass production prototype is optimized under the condition of constant rotor parameters, which is mainly aimed at the edge cutting form of stator yoke. The parameters of stator windings and stator slot types are changed, and based on the analysis of mass production prototype, the design idea of new regulation motor is put forward. Then the electromagnetic calculation of the mass production prototype and the new gauge motor are carried out by using the RMxprt magnetic circuit analysis software of Ansoft, and the modeling and simulation of the mass production prototype and the new regulation motor are carried out by using the Maxwell2D finite element analysis software of Ansoft. The simulation results of mass production prototype and new regulation motor are compared and analyzed. Finally, according to the design scheme proposed in this paper, the new regulation motor is trial-produced, and the correlation performance of the new regulation motor is tested. In order to verify the correctness of the design ideas in this paper, combined with the actual test results and theoretical analysis results, the next improvement measures are put forward. The results show that the magnetic circuit design of the new regulation motor is reasonable, the output performance is good, and the efficiency is 1.5% higher than that of the mass production prototype, which meets the expected design requirements. The results are of high practical value.
