基于有限元法的浮筏隔振器优化设计

【摘要】:船舶结构的动力系统由于其自身工作特性,会产生较为强烈的振动和噪声辐射,这对船上工作人员的工作环境和舰船隐身都有非常负面的影响。为了解决这一问题,国内外舰船的机械设备很多都采用了在基础上增加浮筏隔振的设计方案,并取得了良好的隔振效果。本文主要通过优化的手段设计了一种新型的浮筏隔振系统。首先对传统浮筏隔振系统的设计经验进行总结,比较了几种评价隔振系统隔振效率的方法。然后通过拓扑优化的方法对浮筏结构进行概念设计,通过对优化结果的分析总结出了一种上下层隔振器倾斜放置、被隔振设备之间增加传力构件的新型浮筏结构。进而搭建结构参数优化平台,以浮筏结构传递到基础上的功率流之和最小为优化目标,以被隔振发动机的当量振动烈度和浮筏结构的疲劳寿命、静力学应力和位移、动力学应力和位移为约束条件,对新型浮筏系统进行参数优化设计。为了探究新型浮筏结构的优越性,将新型浮筏结构的优化结果和传统浮筏结构在相同工况下的优化结果进行对比,发现新型浮筏结构除当量振动烈度较传统构型高以外,其他考察指标均优于传统浮筏构型。这一结果表明本文设计的浮筏结构对结构能量传递的引导作用优于传统结构,而且具有较好的耐久性。
[Abstract]:The dynamic system of ship structure will produce strong vibration and noise radiation due to its own working characteristics, which has a very negative impact on the working environment of the crew on board and the stealth of the ship. In order to solve this problem, many mechanical equipments of ships at home and abroad have adopted the design scheme of adding floating raft vibration isolation on the basis, and achieved good vibration isolation effect. In this paper, a new floating raft vibration isolation system is designed by means of optimization. Firstly, the design experience of the traditional floating raft vibration isolation system is summarized, and several methods to evaluate the isolation efficiency of the vibration isolation system are compared. Then the conceptual design of floating raft structure is carried out by topology optimization method, and a new type of floating raft structure is concluded by analyzing the results of optimization. A new type of floating raft structure, which is inclined to place the upper and lower layer isolators and increases the force transfer members between the isolating devices, is proposed. Then the optimization platform of structural parameters is built, the minimum sum of power flow transferred to the floating raft structure is taken as the optimization objective, and the equivalent vibration intensity of the isolated engine and the fatigue life, static stress and displacement of the floating raft structure are taken as the optimization objectives. The dynamic stress and displacement are the constraint conditions, and the parameter optimization design of the new floating raft system is carried out. In order to explore the superiority of the new floating raft structure, the optimization results of the new type floating raft structure are compared with those of the traditional floating raft structure under the same working conditions. It is found that the new floating raft structure has higher equivalent vibration intensity than the traditional one. The other indexes are superior to the conventional floating raft configuration. The results show that the floating-raft structure designed in this paper can guide the energy transfer of the structure better than the traditional structure and has better durability.
