【摘要】:包装机械是发展包装工业的关键,正向着智能化、自动化、高效率、多功能、低消耗方向发展。药品的自动化包装设备作为包装机械的一种,用于实现药品的自动包装。 鉴于目前随着公司规模的不断壮大,药品产量的不断提高,从单一设备的自动化上升到整个包装车间设备的自动化,从包装的一部分工序到整个包装过程,整条生产线及整个车间的设计将成为一种必然趋势。整个生产线的自动化可以使我们的产品可以实现无人值守,由自动操作代替手工操作,特别是为企业改善工作条件,减少手工劳动,提高生产效率和减员增效起到了关键作用。综上所述,我们部门根据实际生产的需要对现有的包装生产线设备进行改造和创新。 本文通过对玻璃瓶药品包装过程的分析,综合运用了自动控制、机械自动化、计算机技术、仪器仪表、通信网络等众多学科知识,设计了玻璃瓶药品自动包装系统。 针对玻璃瓶药品自动包装系统中的几个关键技术进行了以下几个方面的研究: 根据药品包装的工艺要求,确定了药品自动包装的流程,并提出了“统一控制,分模块设计”的思路,由PLC对整个包装过程进行控制,由触摸屏对现场进行监控,通过上位WinCC组态实现在控制室对整个包装过程的监控。 设计了系统的整体方案,找出最简单可靠的设计方法,分别设计了各模块的程序流程,并采用气动系统驱动执行机构,完成包装过程的各个工艺流程,对现有设备做了选型。 研究了气动系统的总体结构,从原理上分析了气动元件和真空吸盘置,对本系统所需要的真空吸盘进行了选型。 根据本系统的硬件结构和系统的控制要求,设计了本系统的控制软件以及各模块的控制流程。
[Abstract]:Packaging machinery is the key to the development of packaging industry. It is developing towards intelligence, automation, high efficiency, multifunction and low consumption. As a kind of packaging machinery, the automatic packaging equipment of drugs is used to realize the automatic packaging of drugs. In view of the growing size of the company and the continuous increase in drug production, from the automation of a single equipment to the automation of the whole packaging workshop equipment, from a part of the packaging process to the whole packaging process, The design of the whole production line and the whole workshop will become an inevitable trend. The automation of the whole production line can make our products unattended. Automatic operation instead of manual operation, especially for enterprises to improve working conditions, reduce manual labor, improve production efficiency and increase efficiency has played a key role. To sum up, our department according to the actual production needs of the existing packaging production line equipment transformation and innovation. Based on the analysis of the process of medicine packaging for glass bottles, the automatic packaging system of glass bottles is designed by using the knowledge of automatic control, mechanical automation, computer technology, instruments and instruments, communication network and so on. Several key technologies in the automatic packaging system of glass bottles are studied in the following aspects: According to the technological requirements of drug packaging, the process of automatic drug packaging is determined, and the idea of "unified control, modular design" is put forward. The whole packaging process is controlled by PLC, and the spot is monitored by touch screen. The whole packaging process is monitored in the control room through the upper WinCC configuration. The whole scheme of the system is designed, the most simple and reliable design method is found out, the program flow of each module is designed, and the pneumatic system is used to drive the actuator to complete each process of the packaging process, and the existing equipment is selected. The overall structure of the pneumatic system is studied, the pneumatic components and vacuum sucker are analyzed in principle, and the vacuum suckers needed in the system are selected. According to the hardware structure of the system and the control requirements of the system, the control software of the system and the control flow of each module are designed.
