大规模定制下的产品人机工程应用研究

【摘要】：随着技术的革新,生产模式不断地发生着变化。大规模定制(Mass Customization, MC)生产已经成为当今世界最为主流的生产模式之一。其综合了大批量生产产品的低成本性和定制产品的多样化与个性化的特征,以人的需求为导向,为满足个性化而定制产品。人机工程是解决产品人机需求的一门学科,可以解决大规模定制产品人机诉求的问题。因此寻求大规模定制产品中人机工程的应用模式就显得尤为重要了。文章先梳理了大规模定制的内涵、产品的特点,实现大规模定制的基本模式,引出大规模定制与人机工程的相关性。接着剖析大规模定制下的产品系统组成。对MC产品的用户需求特点和获取途径进行分析；并且阐述了人机系统基本原理,将人机系统模型演变成人机系统模块化模型,分析其与大规模定制产品的结合点；寻找大规模定制产品与人机系统模块化模型的关系,及MC产品对人机系统的具体要求。最后,以足浴盆足底按摩粒子构件为案例,对该系统进行验证,证明人机系统模块化模型解决实际问题的能力和效率。文章首次提出从大规模定制的生产模式角度,考虑产品的人机问题,并在一定程度上提出了相关的应用模型,是对现代产品设计方法的有益探索。
[Abstract]:With the innovation of technology, the mode of production is constantly changing. Mass customization (MC) production has become one of the most popular production modes in the world. It integrates the low cost of mass production products and the diversification and individuation of customized products, and customizes the products in order to meet the needs of people. Ergonomics is a discipline to solve the demand of product man-machine, which can solve the problem of man-machine demand of mass customization products. Therefore, it is very important to seek the application mode of ergonomics in mass customization products. This paper first combs the connotation of mass customization, the characteristics of products, the basic mode of mass customization, and leads to the correlation between mass customization and ergonomics. Then analyze the mass customization under the product system composition. This paper analyzes the characteristics and ways of obtaining MC products, and expounds the basic principle of man-machine system. The model of man-machine system is transformed into a modular model of man-machine system, and the combination point between the model and mass customization products is analyzed. The relationship between mass customization products and the modular model of man-machine system and the concrete requirements of MC products for man-machine system are explored. Finally, taking the foot massage particle component of the foot bath basin as an example, the system is verified to prove the ability and efficiency of the man-machine system modularization model to solve the practical problems. From the point of view of mass customization production mode, this paper first puts forward the man-machine problem of product, and to some extent puts forward the relevant application model, which is a beneficial exploration to modern product design method.
