智能座便器缓冲包装的动态分析

【摘要】:进入新世纪后,随着经济的高速发展,缓冲包装在各个行业的重视程度越来越大,特别是对一些附加值高,易损坏的贵重商品来说意义更大。选择某品牌智能座便器的整体缓冲包装为对象,利用Creo2.0、ANSYS workbench等软件对缓冲衬垫的缓冲性能进行分析,并对其随机振动进行研究。主要研究内容如下:1)对缓冲包装动力学理论进行了梳理研究,简化某品牌智能座便器为二自由度三次非线性系统。剥离易损件和主体为一振动系统,主体与缓冲枕垫为一振动系统,两个单自由系统构成了二自由度振动系统。同时对缓冲系数等进行了梳理,结果表明缓冲性能的优劣是多方面影响的。2)为了得到ANSYS workbench有限元仿真的材料属性,对缓冲材料进行了静态压缩试验,得到负载-位移曲线,通过相应公式计算得应力-应变曲线和缓冲系数曲线,得到弹性模量和塑性阶段相关数据;通过瓦楞原纸经验公式、多步均匀法和瓦楞纸板抗弯刚度相等,求得七层瓦楞纸板的各向等效模量、泊松比和等效厚度,用于非线性结构分析。3)利用Creo2.0建立三维模型,导入ANSYS workbench中进行非线性结构分析。利用堆码公式计算底层包装件的受力情况,然后经过仿真模拟,发现原始设定的4层堆码会使底层包装件受损严重,马桶圈发生不可逆的塑性变形,所以3层堆码更合理。4)利用瓦楞纸板和高密度EPE对原缓冲衬垫进行改进,在不改变缓冲衬垫结构或使用相似结构的情况下,提出3种缓冲衬垫组合方案。对3种方案前置模态分析,再进行随机振动动态分析,对缓冲性能综合比较。结果发现,第3方案全瓦楞纸板缓冲包装绿色环保、造价低廉能够提供足够的缓冲保护,为最优方案。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century, with the rapid development of economy, buffer packaging has been paid more and more attention in various industries, especially for some valuable commodities with high added value and easily damaged. The cushioning performance of cushioning pad was analyzed by using Creo 2.0 workbench software and its random vibration was studied. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the theory of buffer packaging dynamics is combed and studied, which simplifies a brand of smart seat toilet as a two-degree-of-freedom cubic nonlinear system. The subject and cushion are a vibration system, and two single free systems constitute a two-degree-of-freedom vibration system. At the same time, the buffer coefficient is combed, and the results show that the buffering performance is affected by many aspects. 2) in order to obtain the material properties of ANSYS workbench finite element simulation, static compression test of buffer material is carried out, and the load-displacement curve is obtained. The relative data of elastic modulus and plastic stage are obtained by calculating the stress-strain curve and buffer coefficient curve by the corresponding formula, and the bending stiffness of corrugated board is equal to that of corrugated paper by multi-step uniform method through the empirical formula of corrugated medium. The equivalent modulus, Poisson's ratio and equivalent thickness of the seven-layer corrugated board are obtained for nonlinear structural analysis. 3) Three-dimensional model is established by using Creo2.0 and introduced into ANSYS workbench for nonlinear structural analysis. The stress of the bottom packaging is calculated by the formula of stacking code, and the simulation results show that the original four layers of stacking code will cause serious damage to the bottom packaging, and the toilet seat will be irreversibly plastic deformed. So it is more reasonable. 4) corrugated board and high density EPE are used to improve the original cushioning pad. Without changing the cushion structure or using similar structure, three kinds of cushioning cushion combination schemes are put forward. The premodal analysis of three schemes and the dynamic analysis of random vibration are carried out, and the buffering performance is compared synthetically. The results show that the third scheme is green and environmentally friendly, and the low cost can provide sufficient buffer protection, which is the best scheme.
