钢材自动打捆机轻量化的研究

【摘要】:钢材自动打捆机是一种结合了电子、液压、机械、控制于一身的高科技产品。也是包装产品的重要设备。它可以把生产好的钢材进行自动捆绑,以运输和储存。目前我国对打捆机的开发研究与发达国家相比还有一定差距,国内打捆机普遍具有体积大、结构复杂、生产成本高以及不适合运输和大规模生产等缺点,导致国内大部分企业使用的都是进口打捆机。因此文章对打捆机进行轻量化设计就解决了这一问题。 文章对原有打捆机进行了系统分析,利用Solidworks软件对打捆机进行拆分。拆分完的关键部件再进行受力分析以及载荷计算。根据理论力学和材料力学的相关知识对打捆机进行简化,利用计算法完成设计与改进。在保证刚度、强度,稳定性的情况下确定打捆机的蓄丝机构、驱动系统、导槽、上下抱臂、扭结钳以及剪切装置。 确定打捆机关键部件的同时对箱体进行轻量化设计。利用Solidworks软件建立几何模型,将模型导入ANSYS分析软件。选择合适的单元类型对打捆机箱体进行网格划分,通过分析和计算确定打捆机箱体尺寸。 最后,,利用ANASY软件的仿真系统,对新型打捆机进行模拟仿真分析。通过仿真分析表明,新型打捆机能够在模拟环境中实现打捆功能。打捆机轻量化设计合理,打捆效果良好。 打捆机轻量化的设计,解决了原有打捆机结构复杂、体积庞大的问题。同时采用了相比于传统的类比设计方法更为精确的计算法,避免了材料浪费。同时相比于原有打捆机,简化了结构,提高了性能和稳定性。使打捆机具有更佳的使用效果。
[Abstract]:Steel automatic binding machine is a combination of electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, control in a high-tech product. It is also an important equipment for packaging products. It can automatically bundle produced steel for transport and storage. At present, compared with developed countries, there is still a certain gap in the development and research of bundling machines in our country. Domestic bundles generally have the disadvantages of large volume, complex structure, high production cost, unsuitable for transportation and mass production, etc. As a result, most of the domestic enterprises are using the import binding machine. Therefore, this problem is solved by the lightweight design of the binding machine. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the original strapping machine and makes use of Solidworks software to split the buncher. The key components are analyzed and the load is calculated. According to the relevant knowledge of theoretical mechanics and material mechanics, the paper simplifies the binding machine and completes the design and improvement by using the calculation method. In order to ensure stiffness, strength and stability, determine the binding machine's wire storage mechanism, driving system, guide slot, upper and lower arms, kink pliers and shear device. The key parts of the binding machine are determined and the light weight design of the box is carried out at the same time. The geometric model is built by using Solidworks software, and the model is imported into ANSYS analysis software. The suitable unit type is selected to mesh the packing machine box, and the size of the packing machine box is determined by analysis and calculation. Finally, the simulation analysis of the new strapping machine is carried out by using the simulation system of ANASY software. The simulation results show that the new baler can be bundled in the simulation environment. The light weight design of the binding machine is reasonable and the binding effect is good. The lightweight design of the binding machine solves the problem of complicated structure and huge volume of the original strapping machine. At the same time, a more accurate calculation method than the traditional analogical design method is used to avoid the waste of materials. Compared with the original strapping machine, the structure is simplified and the performance and stability are improved. Make the strapping machine have better use effect.
