基于ELM算法的复杂工件成品在线检验自动分类方法(英文)

【摘要】:为解决工件成品因人工检验分类速度慢导致的高速自动化生产线效率低下,探讨了ELM算法在工件成品在线检验自动分类中的应用。分析了速度失配的缘由,讨论了ELM分类算法的原理与实现分类的流程,最后用几种分类算法类比结果证实了该算法的高分类精度。应用结果表明:ELM算法是一种解决高速自动化生产线产品检验分类的好方法。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the low efficiency of high speed automatic production line caused by the slow speed of manual inspection, the application of ELM algorithm in the automatic classification of workpiece online inspection is discussed. This paper analyzes the reason of speed mismatch, discusses the principle of ELM classification algorithm and the realization flow of classification, and finally proves the high classification accuracy by analogy of several classification algorithms. The application results show that the weight Elm algorithm is a good method to solve the problem of product inspection and classification in high speed automatic production line.
