轴向移动绳横向振动能量的分析控制及实验研究

【摘要】:轴向移动绳系统在生产生活中有着广泛的应用,比如磁带、货物输送带、带锯、绳系卫星、缆车等都可以看成是轴向移动的绳系统。而轴向移动绳系统的横向振动是制约其应用的一个关键因素。因此,降低轴向移动绳系统的横向振动对设备的设计很重要。本文的研究内容来源于国家自然科学基金项目“时变自由度轴向绳移系统的参数振动及实验研究”(项目编号:51305115)。文中对定长度和变长度的轴向移动绳系统的横向振动分别进行分析,提出了衰减其横向振动能量的方法。本文以轴向移动绳系统为研究对象,首先对轴向移动绳系统应用分析力学法进行建模,采用哈密顿原理来建立系统的动力学方程。然后,对于长度不随时间改变的轴向移动绳系统,计算了其横向振动能量,并将总能量表达式对时间进行求导,分析得出总能量随时间恒定衰减的条件,并依照条件给出所应施加控制力的形式与作用位置。对于长度随时间变化的轴向移动绳系统,采用变量代换的方法,使位移变量不再受时间变量的限制,并提出一种满足边界条件的横向位移表达式,在此基础上展开分析横向振动能量的振动特性。最后,依照分析的实验要求设计并搭建实验平台,并实验验证分析的正确性。该研究为工程上轴向移动设备的设计提供了理论基础。
[Abstract]:Axial mobile rope system has been widely used in production and life, such as tape, cargo conveyor belt, band saw, rope system satellite, cable car and so on can be regarded as axial moving rope system. The lateral vibration of the axial moving rope system is a key factor restricting its application. Therefore, reducing the lateral vibration of the axial moving rope system is very important to the design of the equipment. The research content of this paper comes from the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, "Parameter Vibration and Experimental study of Time-Varying Freedom of Freedom Axial Rope shifting system" (item No.: 51305115). In this paper, the transverse vibration of a fixed length and variable length axial moving rope system is analyzed, and a method to attenuate its transverse vibration energy is proposed. In this paper, the axial moving rope system is taken as the research object. Firstly, the analytical mechanics method is used to model the axial moving rope system, and the Hamiltonian principle is used to establish the dynamic equation of the system. Then, for the axial moving rope system whose length does not change with time, the transverse vibration energy is calculated, and the time is derived from the expression of the total energy, and the condition of constant attenuation of the total energy with time is obtained. According to the conditions, the form and position of the control force should be given. For the axial moving rope system whose length varies with time, the displacement variable is no longer limited by the time variable by the method of variable substitution, and a lateral displacement expression satisfying the boundary condition is proposed. On this basis, the vibration characteristics of transverse vibration energy are analyzed. Finally, the experimental platform is designed and built according to the experimental requirements of the analysis, and the correctness of the analysis is verified. The research provides a theoretical basis for the design of engineering axial mobile equipment.
