基于单片机的空调红外线编解码系统的设计和实现

【摘要】:目前,无论中央空调还是家用空调都是采用红外线控制的方式。空调机处于红外接收端,空调遥控器处于红外发送端。与电视机、DVD、机顶盒等常用家用电器的红外通讯不同,空调红外通讯系统所需传送的信息内容种类和信息数据总量远远大于其他家电。这就使得空调红外编解码的帧格式、通讯协议和编解码算法更加复杂,要求通讯系统具备更高的抗干扰能力。空调红外编解码系统传送的信息内容,包括例如:温度、风速、模式、开关机及其他特殊功能等。电视等家电一般都是传送一组固定键码值。因此,具有高效编解码能力的空调红外线编解码系统已成为行业研究的焦点。本课题以红外线编解码技术为基础,针对空调数据信息繁多的特点,研究一种基于空调系统的红外线编解码系统。该系统集成红外编码和红外解码功能,针对空调红外通讯数据的复杂性,创新的提出了一种适用于空调的红外数字通讯的校验算法,并完成专用的数据帧格式、编解码算法以及通讯协议的设计,达到可靠传输数据的目的。通过测试,该系统具备很好的抗干扰特性。该系统充分考虑并分析了红外线经过光电转换器后生产的数字信号的的特征,系统所采用的编解码方法简单、可靠、高效,易于操作。课题拟采用PIC24单片机作为系统的主控MCU,软件系统采用C语言编程。在该课题的研究工作中,本人通过对MICROCHP的PIC24单片机的运用,以及对单片机应用技术、C语言、空调红外线编解码技术的学习和研究工作,要完成的设计工作主要包括:软件系统设计、软件流程图设计、核心功能函数功能定义、软件代码编写、红外线编码、红外线解码、编解码功能仿真、调试、验证及程序烧录等工作。最后,完成系统所需的各项测试工作。主要包括:软件测试、电路测试、编解码测试几方面。通过相关测试,完整实现了整个编解码系统。
[Abstract]:At present, both central air-conditioning and household air-conditioning are controlled by infrared. The air conditioner is at the infrared receiving end, and the air conditioning remote control is at the infrared transmitter. Different from the infrared communication of common household appliances such as DVD and set-top box, infrared communication system of air conditioner needs to transmit more information content and data than other household appliances. This makes the frame format, communication protocol and coding and decoding algorithm of infrared coding and decoding of air conditioning more complex, and requires the communication system to have higher anti-interference ability. Air conditioning infrared codec system to transmit information content, including: temperature, wind speed, mode, switch and other special functions. TV and other appliances are generally transmitted a set of fixed key code values. Therefore, the infrared coding and decoding system with high efficiency has become the focus of industry research. Based on infrared coding and decoding technology, an infrared coding and decoding system based on air conditioning system is studied in this paper. The system integrates the functions of infrared coding and infrared decoding. In view of the complexity of infrared communication data in air conditioning, a calibration algorithm for infrared digital communication suitable for air conditioning is proposed, and a special data frame format is completed. Codec algorithm and communication protocol design to achieve the purpose of reliable data transmission. Through testing, the system has good anti-interference characteristics. The system fully considers and analyzes the characteristics of the digital signal produced by the infrared ray through the photoelectric converter. The coding and decoding method used in the system is simple, reliable, efficient and easy to operate. PIC24 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control of MCU, and the software system is programmed by C language. In the research work of this subject, through the application of PIC24 single chip microcomputer of MICROCHP, and the study and research work of the application technology of single chip microcomputer in C language, the infrared coding and decoding technology of air conditioning, The design work to be completed mainly includes: software system design, software flow chart design, core function definition, software code writing, infrared coding, infrared decoding, codec function simulation, debugging, Verification and program burning. Finally, the system needs to complete the testing work. Mainly include: software testing, circuit testing, codec testing several aspects. Through the relevant tests, the whole coding and decoding system is implemented.
